This is my daily stop. In the beginning I had some issues with consistency in getting my drink but now everyone knows me and my drink is always done right. They are very friendly and I enjoy the few minutes I stop here everyday.

I love places with terrible reviews when the cost of admission is low enough to make it worth the risk.
This location was fine for me. Not awful and not exceptional. The only real complaint is common to most Starbucks, but here it really stood out: the music. Too loud. Too, too loud.

If I could give them no stars I
Would! This location should shut down! They are always out of Carmel or whatever is the most exclusive drink for that month! They could be dead inside and the drive thru would take 20 minutes to get through!
You have been warned! Don’t waste your time! The gas station up the street would suffice !

Slow. It’s frustrating as it’s the closest Starbucks to my house. Never had a problem with ordering, but do expect a drivethru wait time of 15 minutes or so.

This used to be a great Starbucks and having it in Riverton is of course handy and probably explains why people still frequent here. However, while this location used to be great as my prior review attests to, it’s gone hugely downhill the last year or so and continues to.
The drive through is often a 15 to 20 minute wait, and they continually run out of things including (wait for it) cups. We actually finally gave up today after being in line with 6 or 7 cars for 10 plus minutes and just one car was served in that time.
I hope the managers of this location read the reviews and comments and pull it together, there are plenty of alternatives in the area now.

I rarely review chains but felt compelled to write about this Starbucks. The two biggest complaints I have are:
1. Slow as molasses. Every time we go through the drive through, it takes an incredible amount of time to filter through all the cars for us to get our coffee. Why not go inside you might ask? Because I don’t want to.
2. Item 1 wouldn’t be so bad if the coffee we received was consistent every time we order. My wife enjoys her drinks with no water and soy. Over 50% of the time, her order is not fixed properly. I can’t imagine it is that hard of an order.
I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff is incredibly friendly and very eager to please. I just wish they pleased more often.

They’ve lost their manager and so many of the newbies just don’t «get it» yet. If you get any of them in the drive thru, expect to wait; a while.

Drive through lined up (6 cars deep) on a Saturday night, four workers inside and only 2 of them working. If I managed or owned this store I would have been more ticked than I was sitting in line. 15 minutes in a drive through just to get a Carmel Apple Spice drink. Not the speediest location.

This Starbucks is great… except for one vital component. What Starbucks is about, at least to me. Slow internet, more than a minute to load a web page? Really?
Where am I, a backwater in South Africa? Nope I’m in the US in a Starbucks and I cannot load a web page because there are more than three people in the coffee shop?
The ATT welcome screen will however take 5 minutes to load an ad and a video about Electrolux… I really don’t give a XXXX about electrolux, I just want to load a web page.
The reason I go to Starbucks is, I like the coffee and I can get on the internet.
However right here and now the internet is so slow that I am packing up and going home.
This seems to be a trend lately, Come on Starbucks at least provide a reasonable service to your core clients… Internet bandwidth is everything…

Nothing like a good milk steamer or cup of hot cocoa on a cold day. I’m not a coffee drinker but I can’t imagine how it’d be different here than any other starbucks. What I love about this location is how friendly the staff is — they have always been happy and helpful to me. I live in provo and work near this location and it’s worth it to me to put off my morning delight and come here instead of the starbucks close to home.

Even though Riverton is in the middle of nowhere they have a Starbucks. You can get the usual assortment of coffees, lattes, and other treats. They have a drive though as well. The staff is nice enough and the maintain the normal consistency found at other Starbucks.
