Their coffee is horrible. Some of the drinks, like the iced mocha are not fresh, they are pre-​made and in a huge container behind the counter, it’s gross. If I go to a coffee house I want a freshly made drink. I ordered a muffin, it tasted old and stale. Nothing about this place was impressive, I’d rather go to Starbucks.

For being a chain, they serve some tasty coffee. Much better than Starbucks, but still not quite up to par to other coffee places like The Coffee House. Great place for a quick pick me up!

Love this place!
The staff is always personable and kind each time I visit this location. They have always been really quick with getting orders out, which I appreciate when it’s early in the morning and I’m on my way to work.
My favorite is the frozen Mr. B’s with an extra shot of espresso. So great for a hot summer day. Yum!

Fast service with great coffee. I like my coffee strong and they offer putting in an extra shot for free. The seasonal tirimisu latte is the best.

So, I have never liked a beans & brews, I have always felt their staff was stuck up and rude coffee shop snobs. As a matter of fact it’s been 5 years since I went to one, I went to this location this morning just for something different. I am very pleased, the two people working were very kind and welcoming and fun to talk to. The beverage was made well, and it was a great experience. I am interested in giving the company another try, outside of this location to see if it’s all around better, or just this location. So go, enjoy a beverage, it should be a pleasant experience. It was for me!

Favorite place for coffee and tea! I love their vanilla chai tea and have tried many different coffee drinks as well. I will definitely keep coming back. Great drinks awesome service!

I’m a little torn on what to give these guys. My drinks are always made properly and my normal order is kinda weird so I give them props on that. However, when my drink costs 5.99 and I give you 7 dollars don’t give me attitude. I think that’s a decent tip. It’s happened multiple times too. Regardless, I will be back. Way better than Starbucks.

Love this place! It’s a much friendlier, laid back atmosphere than Starbucks. I love their merchandise, too! The staff is always super cheerful, no matter how early you get there. Great coffee spot!

I’m a fan of the Beans n Brews. I do keep an eye out to make sure they don’t pour the espresso over ice when making my iced coffee. It seems like they started doing that lately — weird. Anyways this location is always super nice.

My daily stop for coffee. Love this place. Service is friendly. No problems with the wifi and store is always clean.

Asked for the strongest coffee and it was weak, Internet service was restricted a lot, iTunes blocked, YouTube blocked in fact any video service I tried to go to was blocked. Won’t come here again.
To be fair if you like weak coffee and don’t care about Internet restrictions, you will probably like it…
