I stopped in here for dinner. What a terrible experience. Ordered a steak cooked medium. It was so well done and burnt in parts. We informed our waitress who was genuinely apologetic. When she went back and told the cook all he said was to tell us he’s sorry. He’s sorry? Not even the offer of let me make you a new one or take it off the bill. Ordered a baked potato as a side. It was like a rock. In absolutely no way was it even edible. Then I was charged 3.50 for it? The menu said choice of potato. I should have been informed of a baked potato wasn’t an option. What a joke. My dining partners meal was okay but also way over cooked. Burnt French fries. I used to enjoy coming here but I will never return.

I posted a review that was removed from Unilocal some how, but I’m going to repost it.
The only review that is accurate and not by a 21 year old, is right. This bar is the only bar where i have seen the owner go out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of. The food is very good. The wait staff is great and the addition of thd tiki bar on the patio with in-table fire pits makes for great atmosphere. One of the great downriver bars!

Good food… the pizza is great, and the saganaki. Clean and neat. Staff is super polite and down to earth. Not slutty. I highly recommend trying it out.

Okay, so my friends and I go here quite a bit, but on my part it’s not usually by choice! My friends like it, though, so maybe it’s just me.
It’s your typical neighborhood bar, and everytime I go there I seem to run in to people I know from high school… many of which I do not feel the need to reminisce about my younger years with.
The food is actually pretty decent, and I don’t mind going there for lunch or dinner. I lusually order the steak bits and saganaki. After 10 p.m., though, it’s either filled with tools or old people or both. The area right in front of the ladies room always seems to smell vaguely of vomit and the floor is always sticky around the pool tables.
