Great for late night/boring night food. The food is simple and cheap(in a good way). Waitresses can be hit or miss when it comes to politeness, although I’m assuming the fluctuation is due to the clientele of that evening.

I really love this place! The food is always hot and delicious and the customer service is exemplary! Their coneys are some of the best in the downriver area! A+

Just as good as the Flat Rock location. Everything I wrote for that review can be said for this location, too.

W love this place. Very affordable. Huge portion sizes. Amazing salads and fried mushrooms. We eat here at least once a week. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 starts is because there is very little seating and it’s always hot in the restaurant. Love the drive thru for carry out. The waitresses are very nice and quick. Highly recommend!

Out of all the coneys on fort street, this is surely the best one! And I have tried all of them multiple times. Leo’s, is way over priced, wild coney is slow and not good service, and Parthenon may have a nice restaurant but their food does not measure up to zorbas! Zorbas has great service and food. You get a lot for what you pay for. Small restaurant though; so it’s often extremely busy but you can always order carry out! But it is worth the wait.

One of my favorite little cheapy, 24⁄7 Metro-Detroit, post MJR breakfast dives. Let me walk you through it. you sit down order your food, and roughly 4 minutes later it is in front of you piping hot and delicious. I miss this place!

I eat here on average 8 times a week and although I typically order the same meal, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, I’m never disappointed. The staff is always friendly and they hustle to to stay on top of things. This place is my «Cheers», where everybody knows my name.

Love this place! Besides all of the great things we’ve tried, my favorite is the country fried steak breakfast.

I’m in love with Zorbas! It’s not the cleanest looking place but, the food is amazing! The staff there is very nice. Best coney place downriver!

Great food — very good prices. Only complaint is the place is too small. When the booths are full I go somewhere else.

Night owl here. I decided to come here after reading reviews for late night spots in the area, so yes it was my first time. I pulled into the rear to park and seen an employee with an apron on in the back smoking. No biggy I used to smoke so hey he needs his nicotine fix. I approached where he was standing to get to the entrance and seen he was digging for GOLD out of his nose. I literally shuddered and turned around. With a moment of hesitation I thought well hey he could be the dishwasher. After turning around once again he was STILLDIGGINGFORGOLD I played it off and asked him for the time told him my cell phone was dead yea I lied but I had to know. My next question to him as he wiped some GOLD on his apron so he could check his watch I asked if he was a cook. «YES» he replies, I accidentally said in disgust out loud«Uuuugh Noooo». This fool laughed. I left sorry I can’t. lmao!

Their chili cheese fries and mozzarella cheese sticks are amazing! Destiny’s one of the best servers there. A definite destination for late night munchies. . You will probably see alot of people from the area since they all know that this is the place to go. They have drive thru take out which is so convenient. The manager is very kind and he has been there for years and years. I remember going here in middle school and the food has gotten even better since then. So I’ve been going here for probably around 10 years. I’m addicted to the ranch, delicious!

This is the best coney around here ! The hot dogs are tender yet crispy casing and the chili Id yummy. You can’t beat the price it’s cheap and oh so yummy. The ham and cheese on onion roll is very good as well. Every time I have been here in 25 years the food is consistent. I recommend this place for a coney.

If you are looking for that small cozy coney island that your Grandpa would take you to– Zorba’s is it. The food is delicious, the staff are very friendly with the manager always hanging about the counter area. Given that it is a small-time joint, the lack of any HDTV presence or wifi is a killer when you want to waste some time with some friends. Time to move on up to 2013 folks!

This is the only place worthwhile to eat in downriver after midnight. The breakfasts and coneys are top notch. They use Dearborn brand meat products. They have recently updated their menu to give more choices for desserts as 2 or 3 other coney islands have opened in the same vicinity, and they may have been feeling the pressure. Not as large a menu as some places and that works in our favor as the food is always fresh. They may have an off night now and then but this is still the best coney island downriver. Best of all, unlike other all night coney islands downriver, you actually feel safe in this one when you are dining in the wee hours.

good strawberry pancakes and broasted chicken. They serve breakfast all day and for some reason could give me pancakes but no belgian waffle? whats the difference. its cooked batter. lose a star for that. bacon was also overdone and dry. my dad made better at home the next day

I’m not going to lie… they call me the«CONEYKING» they may do Food Network challenges at American and Lafayette Coney islands downtown. But neither has anything on Zorba’s in Riverview. #1 Zorba’s #2 Dix Coney Island #3 Duly’s coney on Vernor in SW #4 The old Senate’s on Michigan ave off Livernoise that is no longer there #5 Lafayette #6 American Trust I know coneys, and that’s a fact

This place doesn’t try to be anything that it is not. Here’s my take on Zorba’s: late-night nourishment. I’ve been here at strange hours of the day/night and the food is consistently good. Coney Island = midwestern-version of the diner. I don’t even want to know how many $$$‘s I’ve poured into their coffers. Cheers to Zorba’s!
