Westshore Pizza

Horrible — If you order a pizza from them, plan on waiting 1– 1.5 hours to get it. Even if you order it on-​line and request a specific time to pick it up… they can’t do it. Based on the previous reviews of this place, I would say they are spot on. Westshore has received the last of my money for sure. It’s a great location, pizza is OK… but the service is horrible. Not sure if Westshore managers ever read their reviews, I know I would. I would also be making some changes.
Disappointing.

Bottom line — This location is horrible compared to the others. After getting a flyer in the mail we thought we’d check it out. Ordered a ricotta white pizza and cheese bread delivered. Pizza was extremely bland, cold when delivered and the slices were limp and not crisp on the bottom. The cheese bread was greasy and had been smashed.

I love Westshore pizza, however this location is horrible. Normally when I pick up they are about 5 – 10 min behind on what they tell you. Tonite it was 30 minutes past what they quoted, and instead of apologizing the guy behind the counter spent his time trying to tell me I was wrong. Food is mediocre at that and not worth it at this location.

This is the second time we ordered from Westshore boy yet the first time the pizza was not cooked this this time the meat lovers look like yuck and it took two hours to get it delivered ridiculous never order from them

2 times my pizza was delivered all slid to one side and mangled the manager seamed to care less he gave me a 10% discount of the next one when i called to order they had no record the employes are rude high school dropout losers that hate their jobs if you served a pizza like that in ny you would be put in prison hey losers remember this forever no pickles on my bigmac you short order burger flipping pizza destroying hopeless future leader of our poor world

Probably the worst Westshore Pizza around.
No soda in the fountain machine and the girl at the register expected me to buy a 2 litter. Uhm. NO!
My daughter wanted the cheese pizza combo. They had no cheese ready and didn’t want to make a new pie. After I asked a few times and very politely, they agreed to make a new cheese pie.
Asked for parm cheese… «sorry we are out». Really? Wow
Table… sticky, no paper towels.
How about the cheese steak? Well… it was flavor-​less.
On the positive, the girl at the register at least was polite and nice. Probably just following directions fron a poor leader.
Not the best by far.

This place calls itself a NJ Style Pizzeria?
Smells like one, however only sells two sizes, a 14″ and an 18″ pie.
I came in to order their 18″ pizza.
But the response I got was that they were out of 18″. What? I asked them if they make their own dough and the girl at the counter said yes.
Somehow that doesn’t make sense?
I asked if their dough where MADE and shipped from another location, she said no made at that location.
OK. I’m not a rocket scientist, but I know dough can be made in all shapes and sizes! I mean, HELLO — Play-​Doh 101! So. I left it at that.
Their pizzas are actually good in taste. Lacks sauce and add a little more toppings.
Perhaps the cheese did not have the elasticity as a good quality pizza have.
Meanwhile, You can say their pizza is OK for someone who is hungry, but for a real pizza connoisseur, I bet he or she would enquirer a better place to eat.
Personally, I rather go to a place where the employees are more «in tuned» to their foods and actually accommodate to what the customer wants.

I tried this place a few months back and wasn’t impressed. But its near my office and with the limited options in Riverview, I figured I give them another try. I ordered my favorite style, regular cheese no toppings, yes maybe boring to folks down here but for me, its the only way to go.
I have to admit they have improved since my first experience, not sure if its just this location but I need to revise my first review by stating they are way above, Dominos, HH and Pizza Hut.
The 18″ pie at $ 12.99 is a good deal and sweeten the deal even more, if you buy 2, they give you a discount of $ 5.50 off aka B1G1 ½ off.
The pizza is good overall with some highs and lows, decent crust flavor, the sauce is good but a bit overly sweet. cheese is well dispersed and tasty.
Overall I would give this place a B, its a good option up for people looking to escape the usual take out pizza chains Staff is also friendly.

I really do not like the food from this Westshore Pizza, the cheese has an awkward taste to it that I really did not enjoy. Since cheese is such an important part of a pizza, this place is BAD.
