The apartment complex is relatively quiet outside. The rent is relatively reasonable and the pool area is kept very clean. The fact that the rent is lower creates some issues, though. They are not good about enforcing rules, and will let seven people move into a two bedroom apartment. No one really checks on things. They are also slow to repair things. And when they do repair things, they do a half-assed job. After asking them to fix my dryer three times, and being forced to listen to a 60-year-old man tell a 52-year-old mother of three, grandmother to one, how to turn the dryer on properly, they finally fixed it. My refrigerator never held the proper internal safe temperature and it took them almost 4 months to replace it. They also don’t seem to understand the problem with putting families of five, all of whom weigh over 300 pounds, in the third floor apartments. The walls are thin, the floors are thinner. There is a new, nicer complex across the road called Oasis. I would go there first. My lease is up in three months and I will be moving due to the fact that a family of wildebeests has moved in above me.

My husband and I lived here for three years. We had a great experience. We lived in a one bedroom deluxe which is actually two rooms and one bathroom. It was beautiful, the day we arrived with fresh paint and the cleanest apartment ever! The rent was super reasonable! The pool is gorgeous along with the grill area that is perfect for a dinner with a few guests! The gym, dog park and car wash are wonderful amenities! Rent went up a bit each year but we only moved to purchase a home! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet complex with great staff!
