Water tastes terrible. We have to filter at the sink to drink and cook with it, in addition to a whole house water filter.
The online website is archaic. Way behind other utilities in easy online access to bills, payment histories, and so forth.
Catch up to the 21st century, Golden State Water!

They are super fast to response to a call. They showed up at my house within 10 minutes to turn the water off and then back on again. Steve was super patient when he turned the water back on only for my husband to find out our new kitchen faucet was leaking. He even gave my husband some pointers (so not his in his job description)!

Golden State Water has a unique flavor that could only be compared to water in a public swimming pool. The chlorine taste is so overwhelming it makes me nauseous. It’s the worst tasting water in Ca. If I could give it negative stars I would.
