Chicken Express

The chicken was amazing the staff was knowledgeable and friendly I loved the gravy and fried okra, I also had the cheese sticks they were great.
But let’s talk about the chicken great crunchy breading very tasty, colonel sanders you better start taking notes dude.
I enjoyed the hot sauce on the chicken as well as the seasoning packets that came with it.
So damn good I will come back when I visit Texas again.

Rude, and unprofessional.
When a DRIVE THRU location is open until 10pm, you should be able to drive thru at 9:55 to place an order. I’m not asking to come sit inside (where people were infant sitting and eating) and have an hour long chat with your entire staff about their life long dreams. My husband who had been working for 14 hours straight finally got off work, he needed to grab some dinner quickly on his way home. He drove up to the location with 5 minutes before the official closing time, when all the lights were on, and sign still on — and the person came over the drive thru speaker and said «…uh. We’re closed.» And then turned off the lights.
Are you kidding me? I get its late. I get you want to go home. So does my husband. But he also needed food.
Any other time we have been here the adolescent staff has been less than pleased to serve us, moving about slower than a glacier, and doing their very minimal. Last visit for sure.
Go somewhere else. Across the street is Dairy Queen and Chick FIL A. Much kinder people, pleased to do their jobs and feed you.

Prices here seemed to be more expensive than the other chicken expresses that I’ve been to.

Worst chicken I have ever tried to eat. Cold and a thick hard unedible crust. Some Chicken Expresses are good but too many times they are staffed by teenagers. Belch.

Been going here since they have opened up. I think the owner is the same guy who owns the Grapevine location too. He is a very friendly person and very hospitable when you come in. 99% of the employees there are well mannered high school kids but there are one or two that need to be watched a little better. Overall I love this place and even for a fast food place I definitely recommend this CE over any other. Keep up the good work!
