Domino’s Pizza

This Dominos obviously does not care about their customers. I ordered online and thought everything was fine, until I received a call from the store. Turns out that they had run out of alfredo sauce the other day, meaning my pasta dish could not be made as requested. One would think I would at least receive an apology since running out non-​pizza ingredients is kind of a big deal for a Company that is, you know, trying to market itself as MORE than a pizza joint. But alas, I did not. As a matter of fact, the gentleman on the phone did not seem to care at all. So I cancel part of my order and want to proceed with the rest. He has to void my credit card transaction and rerun it for the new amount. Annoying, but understandable. So I clearly and concisely recite my credit card number to him… three times… and he still kept getting it wrong. Now I have a store that is out of product, doesn’t care about its customers, and cannot make a simple transaction. I immediately cancelled my entire order. This totality of this experience was just unacceptable. I’ll order from them again as they are still better than the local Pizza Hut, but c’mon guys, get it together.

I get delivery from this location at least 2 times a week. The drivers are always nice and friendly. The pizza is always as ordered except one time they forgot a pizza but they sent a new driver right away with a new pizza!

Thanks for telling me my pizza will be delivered in 45 minutes, having me wait 1 hour 10 minutes before having to call you to inquire about it, only to find out that my pizza was JUST being made! Also, Thanks for ruining dinner. Poor management. Will be ordering from Southlake and/​or Keller from now on.

The pizza used to be so good but the past 2 times we have ordered from Domino’s it has been awful. The pizza was way to greasy and the cheese did not taste fresh.

Bad pizza tonight guys. 1 large for $ 5.99 so, I guess the quality was discounted too. It was burnt and dry. I’ll order Dominos again but, tonight I was disappointed.
