I went here with my work friends on our occasional night out. There were like 9 of us. Our waitress was sweet and tried very hard to keep up with us. The atmosphere was great, perfect for alot of rowdy female workers. I had a philly cheesesteak cooked perfect and onion rings. All was yummy and nobody had any complaints at our table and we had to get take out boxes. The prices are decent and overall it was a good experience

They have new beers but they don’t have them to serve… what craziness is that??? My experience at this O’Charley’s is that the service was good and our food came out quickly. My salad came out before my entrée which I was happy about. And the bread rolls are something that keeps me coming back to O’Charley’s but that’s pretty much the only thing.

Ate here with 3 other family members. My meal was the least of all (cheesesteak — Sysco), but my husband had the chicken with honey, and my father had a steak, and both were very pleased. Rolls were great.
I’d give FIVE stars for service. They were friendly, attentive and anticipated our needs.

Went here the other day with a friend for lunch. The rolls were good. Our server asked us if we wanted more. We said yes. They never came. It also took quiet a long time to get our food. I ordered a cheeseburger. My burger was very burnt on one side. It looked like they tried to cover it up with the cheese. I hate when the people preparing the food see the mistake, but just tries to cover it up! It will probably be awhile before I go back.
