staff is not friendly at all — Jana — Erin, Judy– teachers are good, but turnover is very high. My son has had three different teachers in less than 6 months. also, I sign off on what seems to be constant «incident reports» for accidents — one in which my son was bit in the back by another child and now has a permanent scar on his back– they seem to sideline the topic any time that is brought up, but are VERY quick to charge you the $ 5 minute late charge if you are one minute after 6:30. Seems like price guaging.

On the surface Premier looks great… nice facility, faith based curriculum, etc… but looks can be deceiving!
Very disorganized and unprofessional staff. Extreme amount of turnover with teachers. It seemed that every month we would get a note sent home that my child’s teacher was changing again.
The staff is very young and the amount of gossiping is over the top.
As a parent, you want to be confident in the people you leave your kids with every day… and I was not. We knew we had to make a change… and so glad we did!
Bottom line — I would NOT recommend Premier to anyone!

Daycare looks clean, but lady at the front giving me the tour wasn’t as friendly as I would’ve liked. I only met a couple of teachers and they all seemed nice. There is only one play area outside for all kids which made me a little nervous since I have a toddler. I decided to go with a different daycare for now.

I’m revising this because there was only one thing that made me not give them more stars. The center is clean, has a good system to check kids in and out, on site sports.
I’m disappointed at the lack of friendliness staff shows to parents. Maybe it’s due to the OP that staff is young, but as a parent, just nice to have a friendly face telling me about my child’s day.
Compared to the other surrounding centers in the TC area, Premier is the only one I would consider becauseTrophy Academy offers part time only and Merryhill seems a bit unorganized. Faith based.
