Had a terrible experience on a recent ride. Driver (Jimmy) took me hostage. From the start, his conversation was oddly personal with lots of language. He has no sense of direction and, unfortunately, no GPS. And then he argued that the address I had given him was not where I wanted to go. It was scary.
