I researched adjustable beds for over a month. Visited a couple of big box retailers with fancy show rooms and fancy prices and pushy sales people. Learned that Leggett and Platt were the best base model and that latex was most durable and chemical free. Made the trip to Roanoke and was impressed by Mrs. (Lee’s wife) who was minding the store. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Leggett Platt adjustable beds and mattress types. She allowed us to test several and gave us privacy to discuss our decision. We were so impressed by the quality that we purchased two beds. Delivery was made two days earlier than expected. The delivery personnel were very professional and explained each step of the process while installing the beds and then provided a full tutorial on operations and care of the beds. The prices at Sleep Essentials was about 30% less than other retailers of comparable product.
