Great coffee and food. I ordered a latte and panini. Comfortable seating up stairs. Also, has nice women’s clothing at a great price.

I have to change my former abysmal review. I came in here when it first opened and was served the worst espresso I have ever had in my life. Add to that– the guy serving it was rude. I decided to give it a try again because I was visiting the shop Brew Junkie is housed in, Kiki La Rue, and I noticed that the girls working there seemed much more competent and confident as they worked so I ordered my usual double espresso over ice with a little cream. Delicious. Perfectly pulled shots. Bonus– the barista, Gabby, is super sweet and helpful. I’m sooooooo glad to have great espresso in roanoke again!!! Especially since upstairs is now entirely set up with tables and couches to work or chat at.

Great place in Downtown Roanoke, has both great social seating as well as private seating great for getting work done. Baristas are friendly, and informed, coffee is very good, only drawback is somewhat limited menu.

I had a Banana Bread Latte on recommendation by the barista and it was truly delightful. I also had a fresh cinnamon muffin with caramel drizzle. There aren’t a ton of plugs if you are camping out to do work, but it wasn’t busy so I didn’t have a problem. I’m glad I stopped by!

I had wanted to come to check out the coffee because, on Unilocal,I would see the great art work of the baristas. The way lattes were meant to be. I finally made it, and I am hooked. I came in the first time to try a drip. I am a black coffee kinda girl. But the barista suggested a Banana Bread Latte and I tried it. I have never heard of that flavor combo in any other coffee shop I have tried.(I have tried a few). OMGosh! WINNER! It truly taste like I bit into a banana bread. Clean flavor, yum. The shop shares the building with Kiki La Rue, so coffee and shopping, wow-bonus! The baristas are not only talented but personable, friendly and real. They have a nice porch for outside sitting and two tables downstairs, with plenty more sitting upstairs. They have power strip for your electronics. I would say come check it out, but I really do not want you too, because when you all come, it will be crowded and I am selfish. Okay, come, but get yours«to go»!

Delicious beverages and custom orders are in here. I dropped in needing a re-up between a morning of shopping and my evening shift starting and the barista was more than helpful. The shop was cute and quiet and had everything from a plain black cup to a Dr. Pepper infused latter(yes, you did read that right!). My only disappointment was no gluten free baked goods to go with my drink, but hey that’s not entirely shocking. I highly reccommend stopping in.

This is my «Me Time» place. Seriously. I come here usually to work & spend some time in solitude away from the distractions of the chain coffee shop, and the yapping of bored stay-at-home mommies. The only thing I dislike is the washed out«professionals» who come here and endlessly give me looks like, «Please Talk To Me.» Umm… no. No. And NO! I come here to work; not to pick up chicks. Plus, to be honest; I’m not looking for a ‘girl’ friend; per se. I’m looking for a WOMAN Friend! I consider 20 something chicks as still being a fetus. Would definitely recommend this place for a first date meet & greet place. It is different than any other coffee shop I’ve ever been to. You’ll love it just as much! Trust. Anyone who loves coffee in general, loves to work, study, and do homework should definitely check this place out. Adam & Lucas are terrific! The place feels homey. It feels like I’m in a log cabin somewhere out in the Pacific Northwest with woods all around & I’m writing a book. «Secret Window» comes to mind. But not that crazy. If you don’t know what it is, Google it! My Life. Unscripted. As Always.

Personable, excellent service. Their Amaretto White Mocha is my favorite, but the banana nut latte is a close second.

Great location, wonderful employees. Nice quiet environment perfect for work or study. They serve Avoga which is locally grown in Fort Worth. This coffee house is worth the trip to Roanoke!

Certainly not the best Cappuccino I’ve ever had but it’s not bad either. Plus it’s not like there are very many choices for the area. The staff is very friendly and there is a nice sitting area above the botique. It’s sort of an odd set up but the botique staff is very nice too and the loft is a coo touch. They had a nice but small looking assortment of pastries, including blueberry scones that looked very good. I would like to go back and try a panini. The menu looks very good. It’s nothing to write home about but it’s nice to have a decent coffee shop in the area that’s not Starbucks for a change of pace.

I had a tasty latte here this morning on the way to work with some really fantastic kolaches. The service was great Marlee and Lucas showed excellent customer service. This is my new coffee house for sure. Who knew a coffee house in a boutique would be so awesome? It kills starbucks. Overall I am a satisfied customer, all the good things I’ve heard were true.

Fantastic place to stop for a coffee after work or on the weekend. This is your true, local, reliable coffee shop. They play great music, at just the right volume with amazing coffee. I mean, what else could one ask for? The prices are great too. Chemex @ 4.5 and Espresso around 2 – 3 $. This place definitely will be getting my business. What a nice change of pace for Roanoke!

I tried this place today.(12-4-2015)(8am-9am) I ordered a latte as did my guest. I loved my latte, my guest hated his. While we were waiting on our latte’s, the two boys behind the counter that were making our drinks, used profanity profusely! At one point one of the guys started talking about the«di*k head» that… I don’t know what because at that point, I walked outside. Because of the offensive language and lack of common courtesy, I will never go back. I will not recommend this place to anyone!

Love this place! Awesome patio outside, great seating area upstairs. The coffee is excellent. For the coffee aficionados, you can pick your beans and brew method. Whether you feel like some earthy Central American drip coffee or citrusy Kenyan french press. My Dad likes getting cappuccinos, lattes and what not and he says they are excellent as well.

This is the real deal, right here in Roanoke, TX, The Unique Dining Capital of Texas. The pastries are baked fresh here every day. The front porch is a great place to enjoy the beautiful weather and great tunes. The baristas know their stuff. Go for the Chemex — Gituto AB, my favorite. And the blueberry scones are fabulous!

Not a bad of coffee. Came here on a Sunday around lunchtime, and there were several customers in line. It might help to keep more than one person staffed during busy hours to keep the line going? It’s a nice place to go and clear your mind for a while.

Good coffee and friendly baristas! That’s all you really need in life, let’s be honest. They have almond milk and for me you immediately get a gold star for that fact alone. Artisan coffees and a unique selection of roasts as well. And a patio you can kick it on… bring a book and sip from your cup of delicious joy. Enjoy the old timey feel of the area and some good joe. It’s a win win. I think they do some latte art too. I’ll find out next time… I’m always on the go.

Ah, it wasn’t bad, but it’s unlikely we will return. We only went because of good reviews on here. We were given paper to-go cups like Starbucks.(This was after I told my husband to pass Starbucks and go here because it looked good. Ugh.) People go to cafes for the cool cup and heart or swan design on their lattes, not a paper cup! First world issues, get with the program. Also, they were prepping for an event for the next day and the barista dude was not fired up about seeing us. Then my husband’s mocha was not stirred so he complained to me about how weak and not sweet it was. Then in the last few sips it was way too sweet. Epic fail. Too many choices around here for my hubby to give it a second chance. Bummer.
