If I could rate as a 0 I would. I had my first appointment with Lori I believe and it was fabulous. I then proceeded to make another appointment with Cameron and I had to wait 1hour as he was late and he would of been later if I didn’t keep leaving voicemails. So I figured it was a one time thing & I may another appointment w Cameron since he consumed the majority of morning appointments. Well guess what, He never showed up for this appointment. I never like to leave reviews that could be detrimental to someones job but in this case it’s warranted. I highly recommend finding another place to get a massage.

Last massage the therapist walked out of the room. no warning. .to take care of something. Then massage was only 50 minutes. I would never go back nor recommend

I bought a groupon not knowing what to expect. Staff is friendly and hospitable. Lots of candy and beverages too! Cameron took care of me. Relaxation therapy :) def will return

Great massage! Location was a bit off the beaten path if you weren’t local, but well worth the extra few minutes drive.

Pros:
1. Friendly staff
Cons:
1. The massage room was cold
2. I could hear people talking in the waiting area during my massage
3. Massage itself was decent, certainly not a deep tissue but more like a Swedish
Would I go back? Probably not. Keep in mind you get what you pay for.

Cameron is very accommodating and personable. Best massage I’ve had in recent years. Highly recommended!

I purchased a Living Social for this small spa in Robinson Township, PA called Spa 54. Although I waited until the last minute to use it, they still allowed me to redeem it for a facial at cash value. I had the European facial… and am STILL glowing!
So, man or woman, everyone deserves to be pampered. We live in a world of extreme and constant sensory overload. I explained my «computer face» to the owner (who also performed my facial and obviously loves what she does). She said I am in good shape, so far, because the wrinkles are not that deep. Hello BOTOX (early 40’s… or possibly sooner).
Lastly, in the small world that we live in, she mentioned being involved with Women in Film & Media, Pittsburgh. A great organization worth a shout out!
Time for a glass of red wine to keep this zen feeling afloat.

I was pleasantly surprised at the high-​level friendly service I experienced at Spa 54, I had heard from a friend that Spa 54 was under new management and that there were true experienced professionals on staff My friend encouraged to check it out. After making an appointment and visiting for microdermabrasion and eyelash extensions i could not be more pleased with the whole experience. Such a welcoming caring staff that are very courteous and professional and my skin is radiant and my eylashes look absolutely fantasic and natural. My esthetician is Joette whom i will be back to see for my next service. Big Thank you guys, Im glad i found you !!.

Walked into scheduled appointment 15 mins early since I am new to this area. One «massage therepist“was thoroughly enjoying, or dare I say suckling, her waffle cone filled with Icecream. Told her we had two massages for three pm, she said with Icecream in her mouth, «oh. Okay. Sit for a second the other masseurs is getting her room ready.» I asked to use the restroom and she directed me to it. This is where I ran into the other girl, who was brushing her teeth in the bathroom. Never once were we asked if we wanted drinks or anything spa like. The first girl continues to eat In front of us. Then told us she didn’t have the paper work for us to fill out because of the printer being «broken, go figure.» Coming from an esthetics background and my friend coming from cosmotology we did not find this conduct appropriate nor appealing. Needless to say an emergency came up and we left.

I had the pleasure of an indulgent facial and Reiki Massage at Spa 54. The relaxed atmosphere at the spa created the perfect ambiance. Thanks, Virginia, for a great experience.

I’m at a little loss from the owner response.
First, if I had a fiancée, my wife would be very upset. ;)
Second, I thought my review was honest. If you can’t use constructive criticism to improve and instead need to dismiss what people say, perhaps you need to reflect a little longer.
Lastly, it sounds as though you are concerned that I’m not the only one that had a less then stellar experience. I’m not sure who you are inferring I am, but I have no outside contact with your employees.
If you wanted to discuss this, the professional thing to do would have been to contact me privately (even a Unilocal message); but based on the past and your present course of action, professionalism is still not in the playbook at your establishment.
