The best bww’s in the area. Staff is friendly and works hard. Food is almost always great. It is a bit dark, but when you come to watch the game, who cares?

I give 4 stars only after 10pm when most places are closed. Beer and food are expensive and very few food offerings and the stuff they run specials on aren’t things that fill you up I.e. chips and salsa or contain nasty buffalo sauce but really realistically where can you go at night when most places closed. Buffalo wild wings needs a way better menu. Also if you know what you want fine if not good luck getting the waitresses back in a timely fashion.

Went there this week to have lunch. The food was great. A bit pricey. And, the staff was so-so. The girls seemed a bit on the snotty side. But, I’d go back today to eat more wings if my body would allow it.

Normal guest at this location and am known for tipping well, went in with my girlfriend for a bit after work and had the worst service of all time. MacKenzie was the servers name and the list of mistakes goes on. Grilled chicken on my sandwich not fried, buffalo and ranch sauce both on the sandwich asked for on the side. Never got a refill on my water or her dr. Pepper. My food I specifically asked not to get a side and got soggy chips and salsa which required a new bun there was no cheese on my burger which should have come with swiss. When I brought it all up to her. She said I swore I had it all right. When I went to order another beer she looked at me and said, «but I already have your tab,» so I responded, «well looks like you just lost out on a dollar or two.» She brushed it off as if she didn’t care. Look at the bill and she has two tables of food on my bill so I ask, to get the extra stuff removed. This process took 10 – 15 min because the manager was behind the bar chatting with multiple employees about who knows what with my receipt in hand and finished his conversation. Last but not least. There was an off the clock worker sitting at the bar in his full uniform, including apron and shirt drinking. For me that just doesn’t look good and I’m sure it’s a policy for that not to happen.

We ate at Rochester Hills restaurant tonight. Had wings that were very good and service was excellent.

This is all you need to note here; do not get carry out from this location. It’s always cold, dried out chicken, sloppy salads, and requires a sous chef to make it palatable. I worked at a BDubs so I’m pretty sure what they overly priced & sold to me was leftovers from yesterday. If you eat in it tends be a lot better. However I will say they at least change up their menu and beer offerings which is good and this location even had a local brewery beer opening one night with free samples and they’ve also hosted the WRIF radio station at this location so the set up and location are good.

The sauces taste off. Alot more hotter then they should be. Orders take longer than quoted time and whenever there is an issue no manager in sight.

Worst service I’ve ever received in the food industry. I was seated in a servers section and this server had a party to take care of so I was waiting to be greeted for about 5 minutes. As I was debating to leave a waitress came up and asked if we had been helped. We said no, she took our order which was only wings, and we then waited 25 more minutes before going to a manager. He comped my bill for me and my friend, but then I had asked for a ranch and she said it would be .50 cents extra… I said that’s fine, and agreed. She then came to give me the ranch and she said in a snotty voice, ‘never mind, I guess he comped your bill,’ and walked away shaking her head. So maci, at the Rochester location of b-dubs, I suggest you learn some respect for your customers. Your tip went from $ 5 on a tab that was taken care of, to nothing.

Everything was Grand! This was my first time here at this location, our server Brett was fantastic! We ordered a few different flavors of wings and a chicken Cesar salad. The wings themselves were just«OK» but the salad was surprisingly delicious! For dessert I ordered cheesecake bites which were more than pleasant. Our drinks were made perfect also. I will definitely be returning to this location for a late night bite and some drinks.

HORRIBLESERVICE… I ordered 12 miserable wings to go and they took more than 40 mins to give them to me. And ONLY because I had to go to and ask for them. BWW, if people ask food to go it’s usually because they DONOT have time to stay. And on top of they they werent going to let me out of the place because«I had not paid the wings» when I had paid 40 mins ago and they recieved the card payment manually because the machine was broken. Ofcourse I paid 40 mins ago when I first ordered the food. The lady in the registered made me feel like a thief because«the system didnt show» I had paid. I love bww. But I’m definitely not going back to this particular one.

Bad. We’d never been and wanted to try it. The place looks pretty nice. The service was indifferent and slow and the food was truly awful. Everything mainly just tasted salty. Granted, the BEST wings are those made at home using Frank’s hot sauce, but maybe you don’t want to cook. If that’s the case, go somewhere else. The boneless wings were caked in thick batter and the four sauces we tried were all mainly just salty. The worst/best part was the paper carton of carrots and celery — worst because they looked HORRIBLE and we didn’t eat them, and best because we were so entertained by them. How could anyone with vision look at those and think they were ok to serve to people? They were all dried out, with brown spots and crispy edges. All it would have taken is someone putting them all in a row and cutting off the ends — how hard is that? Literally 2 seconds of work and our whole impression would have been different. The food would have still been too salty, but it wouldn’t have seemed like they just don’t give a sh*t. Careless and thoughtless. No thank you.

First and last… I have heard some good things over the years about Buffalo Wild Wings however I now know the truth. Ordered some fried pickles, ok… pretty sure made my weekly recommended sodium intake right there. Ordered a variety of flavors off the menu attached to boneless wings and some vegie sticks. Interesting note is that some of the boneless wings were VERY heavy with sauce while some had very little. This was with all four flavors, all served in their own little paper cartons. I am losing faith in Buffalo Wild Wings at about this point but then I take a closer look at the celery and carrot basket.(I will include a picture just for the record) the veggies HAD to have been last weeks leftovers. Brown in places and dried and raggedy. Is there NO pride in what you are serving? The wings themselves were absolutely ordinary except for the salt content. The salt was without a doubt the spotlight flavor of the day and there, Buffalo Wild Wings did not skimp. Once gain, first and last time I will eat at not just the Rochester Buffalo Wild Wings but based on the meal and service, the lack of any pride in what was offered, any Buffalo Wild Wings location. I am sure that this is NOT what they want hear but I can not find anything redeeming about the place.

I’m so bored waiting for my food that I’m writing this review. It’s been 45 minutes since I ordered my wings. Service is always slow as they’re understaffed. With this said, food is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s like they just reheated it. Asian zing and chili con queso dip are my favorites. I like going on Tuesdays when wings are 60 cents. They’re also open late until 2am every night which is nice. Happy hour after 9 in the bar. Appetizer specials from 3 dollars and 1 dollar off tall drafts.

Cold fries, cold wings, 1 star. Pretty sad when food can’t even be prepared properly. I would rather drive to the Washington location.

Sigh. Okay first of all, no, I don’t hate Buffalo Wild Wings. Yes, Buffalo Wild Wings. Sorry, but if you say«B-Dubs» I hate you already. Anyway, what I do hate about places is being skimped. I chose to settle with a 3-star rating for this location mostly because they have a 10% Oakland University student discount. For only $ 16(or something close to that), I got 12 pieces of boneless chicken and a side of onion rings. While the onion rings at this location are absolutely pathetic in size and portion as a whole, the pieces of chicken we(my girlfriend and I) got were bigger than I remember getting at Buffalo Wild Wings, so that’s also a plus. Another plus would be that we got celery and bleu cheese for free — I’ve been to BWW locations that charge extra for that, which is nonsense. Soooo, basicallyyyy… it’s your standard Buffalo Wild Wings. Pretty overrated, but also gets loads of hate for reasons I won’t quite understand. A «WTF!?» about this particular BWW is that they literally put 30 Wetnaps in the bag. Who the hell needs that many Wetnaps?!

12 tables open and we were told it’s a 30 minute wait. How does a place stay open if you have people waiting and there are tables open. Then to add insult to injury, the service is slow. It’s only wings and a few other items. I just don’t get it

Everyone knows about the food and experience you will get when you dine in here. I have been frequenting this location since it opened. Last night would be the first time I ever had a complaint. I believe that our waitress forgot to key in our order, as it took about 45 minutes to get our food(place was empty). She doubled down and then told us our food would be right out…19 minutes later, it came. 2 of the 3 orders were looking like the photos on the menu, but my sons dish, was terrible. He is 8 so he just ate it like a good boy, but it was obviously over cooked. I normally would not say anything, but it was a school night and I wanted to be in and out with my son after practice. I approached the manager, Chris, and simply told him about the issue, and left the ball in his court. He did not disappoint, putting together a very nice package to ensure that we left happy, and would return in the future. It was great to see him take care of us, especially when he knows that we would probably be coming back again anyways. That is the kind of management that keeps people filing in, and I must have told 5 – 6 people about it at my office today. Great work!

The bartender Barbie is one of the reasons I come here. She is a super bartender. Friendly, accommodating, and just plain awesome. The specials going down on a Tuesday night aren’t so bad either. $ 1 off tall drafts, $ 3 apps, and other stuff. I kind of overdid it on the Fireball shots last time. Thanks Barbie for not stopping me on that! The trivia is my jam-even though I lose every time. Still super fun just the same. I will definitely be back to hang here again.

I got charged full price on a Tuesday. They never clean up the tables at night. Service is hit or miss. I just found a 13 inch piece of hair cooked into the breading of my chicken. Honestly, I don’t even know why I kept going back. I officially boycott Buffalo Wild Wings and I refuse be a customer any longer.

Nothing really changes with any of the buffalo wild wing restaurants, the only differences Are location, staffing and layout. This location specifically is pretty clean and the staff are really helpful. I enjoy coming here occasionally for a quick beer or a quick bite to eat. I know they have wing deals At this location a few times a week both on traditional and boneless wings. They have a very large bar area along with a semi comfortable dining area. I personally only get wings when I’m there, but I’ve heard that their menu is pretty good. The only reason for giving it 3 stars is because it’s a corporation and not a specialty resturant where things are made with care and have thought put into them. You can definitely tell that the meal was thrown together by the books and nothing more. Overall a great place for different flavored sauces and some drinks with friends.
