Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut is on Walton has some of the rudest staff, no customer service their tone is always sharp & nasty like they’re doing you a favor and paying for it… You would think this would happen occasionally but no it is the normal there! Oh my gosh don’t ask for a management they’re subpar at best.

Came in for the lunch buffet on 1÷8÷16. A gal named Shelly was running the whole front of the house solo. And she was on top of it! The food was decent. Not fantastic, but good. So, decent food and great service.

The table and the menus were dirty and pretty gross. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Our order was correct and the pizza was fine, typical Pizza Hut pizza.
Nothing special, wouldn’t go back on purpose.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in about 5 years. Decided to give it another try and it is worse now than it was 5 years ago. The crust taste like the box it comes in. It honestly reminds me of a $ 1 frozen store bought pizza. The wings a chewy like frozen oven baked wings. We ended up throwing away our order and making lunch at home. Will not be returning…

Went in for the buffet today and the server was extremely nice. She was attentive to me when I needed a refill and would check on me regularly. The food was… well, pizza hut (LOL) but I knew what to expect when I walked in. Overall, the server was the best thing about this place! :)

I went for the lunch buffet. They had only 1 waitress for the whole restaurant. I had to wait for half an hour for a seat. Moreover there was not that many varieties in the pizza. The pizza was also not upto the mark. On the whole this place is understaffed and i definitely would not go again.

Been on hold for about 20 minutes and and checked the store hours and they are still open… Can give a good review if I can’t even order.

Honest review here only: the way this place works is they make a round piece of dough, and they throw toppings on it, and the last step of this process is to put the whole round-​shape like thingy (i.e. Pizza /​Food served to people) in a carton box! Needless to say that one very crucial part of this process is to run these amazing molecules aka Pizza through something they call the oven :-/​I letteraly had to bake the rest of this in my oven. They raised the prices and only one out the so many times I order delivery from this place, they actually did a great job and I thought wow, great maybe new management raised the prices and they are really starting to make great pizza, then this happens again and again and again! If you say well done! They’ll burn it just to prove a point that it was better the dough-​wee way! Pizza just does not come out in a standard way from this place unfortunately. I wouldn’t have gone through the trouble of signing up to Unilocal to write this review unless I seriously felt that there’s the need to do so.
I really hope you see this and correct yourselves and take pride in what you do.

I accidentally gave the delivery man the wrong address and he still got to me. He was extremely courteous about it and the pizza came fresh and delicious.
I am very impressed.

Every time I order ahead my food still isn’t ready at the time it’s supposed to. Don’t really enjoy sitting around waiting for something I ordered well ahead of time.
Food’s fine once you actually get it though.

There aren’t a lot of food options, and the food isn’t THAT great, but it’s cheap and it makes a great quick meal for a large group of coworkers going out to eat on a Friday.
