We had the mushroom starter which was very tasty. I had the Salmon and my husband had Pecan crusted chicken salad for our main meal. Both were very good. My salmon was cooked exactly as I requested and the waitress that we had(Monica or Monique I cant remember now) was an awesome waitress, friendly and cheerful, brought us everything we wanted promptly. We were there around 330pm on a Sunday and the place was almost full, but we got a table right away. The ambience was nice. The only music playing in the background that caught my ear while I was there was Lady Antebellum’s I need you now, the food was so good I didnt hear anything else lol. Overall I loved the food and look forward to returning.

We travel ALLOT and we look for Restaurants to eat at that we do not get to eat at normally(Chains). We decided to check out Lucky’s Prime Time and we are absolutely AMAZED by EVERYTHING!!! Normally, we have that one thing we order that is either not cooked right or poorly seasoned, NOTTHECASEHERE! My Wife is big about having to salt EVERYTHING on her plate and she did not grab the salt or pepper during this whole meal. The atmosphere is wonderful, the Staff is great and the Bread, well, let’s just say that it’s the first sign that you are in for a GREAT meal! Thank you for the wonderful dinner, we will definitely be back in the future!!!

Didn’t even know this place was here, we usually go to the one in Imlay City. This was good, had the 9 oz. filet wife had prime rib with lobster tail. No complaints from myself, my wife loved the prime rib but didn’t care for the lobster tail. Food and service were both good.

It’s a nice Steak house. I was skeptical due to the Unilocal haters but I always seen their busy so I figured to give it a try. The food was great and they had high end and low end offerings the place was clean. It was priced right. It wasn’t the best place I been to kinda place but far from the worst. I would definitely come back again if I was debating on where to go. Overall I liked it

Great value. I definitely recommend the Lucky’s Primetime prime rib with a sweet potato side. The bread has delicious seasoning. The portions are huge. Dinner comes with salad or soup and bread. The menu is extensive. Great salad options, seafood, sandwiches, steak, chops, appetizers. The ambience is average. The service is friendly and competent. It’s good for groups but without a private room. It’s good for kids since it casual, but they didn’t offer a kids menu. I didn’t ask. So they might have one.

Had dinner here the other night. Great place. Loved the bread they bring to the table and all our steaks were cooked well. Will go back.

Prime rib was dry, but I made the mistake for ordering it well done. Was supposed to have«au jus» with it, and when it came there was none and the waitress said there wasn’t supposed to be. She brought me a bowl of au jus so my steak was a little better. On our way out it does say on the menu that au jus was supposed to be with the prime rib. Service was sloooow. Bread came out too early, should of been served with the soup, we ate it because we waited so long and were hungry. French onion soup was very good! Mashed potatoes seemed like they were half real and half fake, not something I was expecting. The place seemed dirty and dingy and the booths were way too small for a party of 4. We probably won’t be returning. We can get better steaks and service somewhere else. I give it 2 stars because the prices seemed fair for steaks and the French onion soup was excellent.

What a disappointment. I usually visit the Lucky’s Steakhouse in Imlay City, man this location does not compare. Every single thing we ordered was bad. Prices are high for what you get and wait is surprisingly long. I don’t understand how anyone would ever return a second time. There are just too many places in this area that are much better. Server is good and entertaining.

Great service! Great food! Great Price! I wish I found this place along time ago. It would of saved me a lot of money, cause the steaks here stand up against some of the top more expensive places. So glad I found this place. It’s a great place to go to when you want a good meal with the family. I can’t wait to try the brunch here.

Terrific night out. We went to Lucky’s for the first time Thursday, August 6,2015. It was only about 5:45 when we got there so not too crowded. We started with stuffed mushrooms, oh sooo good. That was followed by a Caesar Salad(you also have a choice of a house salad or a cup of soup). We both had Prime Rib the 12oz cut. Delicious! Perfectly cooked. Mine medium rare, hubby, s medium. We both received more than 12 our eyes. It was so very good. Also dinner comes with a loaf of bread nice and hot; Monica, our server was excellent. She really knows the menu and can answer all your questions. We really enjoyed ourselves. However, if you are going on a Friday or Saturday, plan on getting there early or waiting, because Lucky’s Prime is so good they are packed. They have excellent fish dishes as well. Plan on going to Lucky’s soon and ask for Monica.

I love the bad reviews at Lucky’s. We eat her 2 – 5 times a month. Every meal has been great. Service is always great. Prices, portions and quality are always great. More bad reviews mean a to me, a shorter wait to be seated!

We have passed by this place a hundred times but never been in until this evening. I read some reviews and decided we’d give it a try. So glad we did! Friendly service, ice cold beer and fast service. I had the Bacon and Cheddar burger and it was delicious. Big burger, with a nice pile of thick cut fries that were perfect. My wife had the French Dip and gave it a 9 out of 10. The bread to start the meal was REALLY good as well! 1 beer, 1 Cosmopolitan and 2 big sandwiches for under $ 30. Can’t beat it. We will be back!

I came here for a belated Mother’s Day brunch with my mom and sister. We picked it due to the location and the rating. However, I was surprised when I got there that they have a 4 start rating. The restaurant seemed slightly dirty, but it is a family diner, so I didn’t think much about it. Our server took a while to come to our table and seemed a little flighty. I was not reassured when she brought out my coffee in a mug with a large hot pink lipstick stain on it. It appeared as if it had not been washed at all. On the plus side, our food was really good(we had the Mexican skillet, a burger and crab cakes with shrimp) and the portions and price were very reasonable. However, I think they need to do more training of the staff and pay more attention to cleanliness.

Just had the worst stuffed mushrooms. I informed the server that the seafood stuffing had imitation crab. He told the management who came over to inform me I was not correct and it was real crab. Sorry, I ain’t buying that line.

Food here is really good, only been here 2 times and both times food it’s been quick and lots of it. Depending on time you go you can be seated right away, or if there’s a wait you always have the bar with great drinks to enjoy.

We headed out to brunch this passed Saturday… cuz we’re cool like that… All of us(well most) were eyeing the Benedicts… One had the steak medallion Benedict, another had the Florentine… I had the crab cake Benedict… we had them served with some of the best Bloody Mary’s I’ve ever had! The service was great… The food was really good, wonderfully presented… and the warm bread they serve you is a delight… And we left there with a twinkle in our eyes… We quite enjoyed ourselves~ :)

We live practically across the street from Lucky’s. It is our favorite restraunt. The staff always remembers us. The food is great. Steaks are always cooked to order are hot and juicy. My favorite meal is the Grouper dinner or the same size fillet at lunch for only$ 8:00 but is served on a hoggy roll. Lucky’s is where we take guest and they are never disappointed.

Finally I no longer need to drive to Imlay City~ Took a pal here for his retirement lunch on Monday 10−27−14, Jamie was our very outgoing server a.k.a. Miss Hospitality We ordered the 16 ounce ribeye with Gorgonzola cheese, grilled mushrooms & onions for $ 19 plus it came with a loaded baked potato, a crock of french onion soup & a large loaf of Lucky’s famous bread. The soups came out very pronto, as did the medium rare steak! Tender Moist Cooked perfectly More than generous amounts of cheese, mushrooms & onions
