It’s all about the dough and they nail it! Toppings always taste fresh and the service is always friendly. Affordable for the family as well. Never disappointed!

Very light pizzas and fresh ingredients. Also ordered the garlic bread, a bit on the heavy side but a great comfort dish.

Amazing food! I recommend the pasta with baked cheese on top. I love that they do delivery. The menu itself is just a little pricy, but totally worth it. The only negative is the tiramisu wasn’t great, it just tasted like cheesecake. But they have a pretty decent menu so it’s not hard to find something for everyone. The staff is very friendly as well.

Beware, the prices posted on their online menu are the old prices. I ordered carry out using online menu and when I went to pick the order up, the prices for all three meals had each gone up $ 2-$ 2.50. When I showed them the online menu, they said they would notify the manager but would not adjust my bill to reflect those prices. I was not impressed with the food either besides the bread that came with the meal and we hit a lot of it. This was my first time at the restaurant. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Everyone that says they love town square pizza(south of this place) has never been here. Good crust, variety of options, garlic knots are great. I like the ambiance, but the servers can be a but negligent. Parking — the lot next to it is usually full of karate moms(karate place a few doors down) so you may need to park in the metered lot behind this building and the fedex building next door. Be careful, the road between the private lot and the metered lot is one way, and if you are in the private lot that ‘way’ is not toward the metered lot. You can come in and buy a ready made slice really quick the next time you need lunch for just you.

It kills me to post this review but we have been a regular here for years and have loved it and recommended it many times. But, I think I made my last visit. They served me a moldy salad and the service(which is always hit or miss) was terrible. I’m not sure what has happened, but in the last year, Georgios has just fallen off. Also, I think they raised their prices. I hope they can get it together! Loved their food in the past.

REAL toppings! Not the over processed crap you get at every single other pizza place.

I really used to love this place when we moved here a few years ago. The pizza was always great and some of the pasta dishes were fantastic. The VIP meat lovers type pizza was my husbands favorite. I love gnocchi but I know not to order it from here because they over cook it and it turns to a mashed potato mush every single time. Maybe they don’t know that gnocchi only goes into the boiling water for a few minutes at most. The service was always good when we would done in also. Lately the sausage pasta has just been over cooked and disappointing and it really bums my husband out, but last night really took the cake. So I was looking for coupons and was going to order through the website and looked through the menu on and wrote everything down to call in my order. The site says that all pasta dishes come with garlic knots and a soup or a salad which is reasonable because of the price of the dishes and because it’s a dinner. My daughter wanted a salad so I was happy it worked out that way. I called to order and waited on hold forever and anytime I would actually get through, someone would just hang up on me and I got tired of it because my kids were hungry. So I go on the website to order and type everything and I didn’t see a place to pick soup or salad so I wrote it in the notes that I wanted a salad. So I go to pick up my order and the girl at the counter didn’t even look at me for like 15 minutes. Didn’t say hi or anything. Another guy came up and asked me my name for my order and they said they were confused about the salad and had to void my order because it doesn’t come with it. Couldn’t they have just called me and asked before I got there? I showed the guy the menu on my phone from that website and he said he can’t honor that, the website is older and it isn’t their issue. Wow. You can’t just give me the cheap salad and contact the website to fix it in the future knowing I come in ALL the time and spend a lot of money? I won’t be going back here again! *** update *** I’m officially done coming here. It’s really a shame that the food is so good but the staff is so lousy. Carry out orders here are an absolute ordeal. I had to stand by the door with half my carry out order for over a half hour waiting for my pizza. That’s just not how you do things guys.

Even since I ate Home Slice Pizza in Austin, TX, I have been looking for a round pizza with the perfect dough. One that is thin, with the right crisp and flavor, without crossing over into crispy. The quintessential New York Style Pizza. I found it here, Georgio’s. I had the Bianca, yummmm. When I’m in Rochester, MI, I’m hitting Georgio’s Pizza and Pasta!

My favorite pizza in Rochester. I’m surprised to see the average rating to be below 4 stars. The Italian sausage can’t be beat, and the crust is amazing. The garlic knots are good too. I’ve heard good things about other menu items, but haven’t branched out away from pizza.

Our family has become regulars within the past year, food is GREAT ! Salads and Pastas are exceptional !! Garlic knots umm!!! If something goes wrong with your order just call them and they’ll make it right, I’ve only had the pleasure of delivery can not wait to actually eat in at Georgio’s!

This place has really great pizza when they’re «on», but they seem to be off more often than not lately. Forgetting toppings, delivery drivers getting lost,(multiple times each), crust under or overlooked, etc. Again, the pizza is great –worth 5 stars — and the closest thing to a New York style that I’ve found in the Detroit area so far, but the service has been pretty rough for the past few months, so that’s bringing their rating down.

I moved(active duty military) out of Michigan right after this little piece of heaven opened up and as such whenever I return home for the holidays I ALWAYS have to make a pit stop here. You can literally TASTE just how fresh their basil is, not to mention they use the best cheese & only finest ingredients. It’s NY style pizza so you’re definitely getting a bang for your buck! Susie’s Brooklyn Special is definitely my favorite! I couldn’t wait to get back here while I visited my family for Thanksgiving. Their holiday décor was also a great treat!

A five star pizza place that is located in beautiful downtown Rochester. A small place that serves pizza with big flavor. The garlic knots are an excellent choice for anyone dining at this pizza stop. The pizza is delicious, large, and cooked to your liking each time. It’s easy to get stuck on the pizza you’ve been eating for your entire life, pizza is a comfort food so it’s only natural we always go for what we know. This pizza however, is worth reaching outside the box for.

Stopped in after seeing their sign of being the best pizza in Rochester — so, of course, I had to put them to the test. They passed! We got in there around 11am on a Friday and we were one of the only ones there and got immediate service. We both got items off of the $ 4.99/$ 5.99 lunch menu. My wife got a slice of pizza(pepperoni/sausage…can get unlimited toppings) and a side salad for $ 4.99 and I got a stromboli with sausage. The pizza was huge and came with A LOT of toppings — which was amazing! The calzone was even bigger and I could only eat half of it! All for $ 5.99. The flavor, the temperature, the toppings… everything was great. We found our pizza spot for metro Detroit, hands down.

Good thin crust New York style pizza and salads are nice. I especially like the gourmet pizza’s Bianca and Margherita. Prices are reasonable. Give this place a try.

Staff was super nice and helpful. But that’s the only good thing about this pizza. I decided to take a leap of faith and switch up our pizza & try out this place. Bought a groupon(thank goodness so I didn’t waste more money), ordered my pizza, & picked it up. When I got home with it, half of the pizza toppings had shifted to the one side(idk how you can keep it completely flat in a car) but I pushed them back over with a utensil. The pizza was soup. I kid you not. One half was BBQ chicken & the other was the Recruiter… so you would think that they couldn’t mess that up… OHBUTTHEYDID. Literally soup. I can almost eat any pizza(used to work in the pizza biz) but this was bad my friends, just bad. Understanding that it’s a Saturday night, but I ordered at 7(rush is usually over) and they weren’t super busy. Just really disappointed. Overall, I say stay away!!! Go back to Buddy’s or quite frankly anywhere else.

Cold over priced card board resembling. Took forever to get service, waiting in line out the door just to place an order. People were pissed standing in the cramped little shop. Many on their lunch hour with limited time. Not place to sit . I’d give Georgios a 10 for sucking. True story …

I have had this pizza many times and always have a consistent taste and experience. The place is not big by no means and I have found myself waiting outside at times(worth the wait). The garlic knots are a must when you visit this pizzeria. However, I still think $ 0.40 for a small sauce is a bit steep. The pizza is really good and not to heavy. I recently ordered the«Italian Stallion» and it was well worth it. The vegetables were cooked well and the sausage was really hardy. If you like a lot of pizza sauce your out of luck. If you’re in the area with a buddy grab a quick slice or dine in, you won’t regret it.
