We generally have crazy pizza specifications and they always nail it. The delivery guy is super cool and is always before the time they estimate. Every topping tastes fresh and they have a bunch to choose from.

Tried a half Hardcore Joe, half Prometheus. Both were very flavorful. I was surprised how mellow the feta cheese was, in comparison to, say, in a Greek salad. Will totally get this again. The Joe was good, but not nearly enough pineapple. Crust not as good as Jet’s, but I love the specialty pizza options that aren’t available anywhere else.

Holy Moses, this rocked! Had it last night for 1st time… Meat Pizza & Luca Brasi(but feta instead of anchovies). May be the best in the area. The were swamped so we had to wait. Buddy was pissed & said«This had better be good or they won’t see me again.» All 3 adults agreed this was EASILY the best NEWYORK style in the are but maybe the best period. Must get the pepperoni bread… over the top, man.

I’m a fan of Chadd’s bistro and decided to try Chadd’s pizza. I appreciate that the crust is made in house. Home made crust usually means less preservatives that leave you feeling terrible later on. Chadd’s is a carry out place, there is not anywhere in the small shop to sit. The order was ready on time and the guys in the shop were on top of the orders. I ordered a three topping pizza and, upon opening the box, was pleased with the amount of topping spread across the pie. It’s never good to be stiffed on toppings. I thought overall the pizza was good. I do think I have had better, and as some have noted, they are on the pricier end. I liked the texture of the crust, firm and chewy. The sauce also tasted fresh. Overall a good experience and I would order again.

Found out about Chadd’s Pizza after trying out Chadd’s Bistro via some great Unilocal reviews. Ordered the Family Deal(large 3-topping, large 1-topping, bread sticks, &2 liter for $ 28). Great, great thin crust pizza! The sauce tastes great on the pizza and as a dip for the stix. Definitely try this place out!

Some of the best pizza in the Rochester area. I am only passing through, but if I lived here, I’d eat here often.

Count me as another one whose order was messed up. It was my first time and I ordered the seafood chowder with saffron cream upgrade because that sounds way better than red sauce for anything called ‘seafood chowder’. So long story short what arrived at my house was a seafood chowder with red sauce. Very bummed out because now I have to start over. The pizza was not bad, but it wasn’t what I ordered. I still have high hopes for them. I really want a good gourmet pizza place with a wide variety of toppings and they seem to fit the bill. Their menu is great! I’m just not sure I trust them to get it right. Will be sure to write another review if I do decide to try again.

The sauce is as bitter as your ex! Everything else was good but the sauce ruined the pizza and the breadsticks. I know this used to be Dan Good Pizza and I didn’t like them because their sauce was awful, I tried Chadd’s because I thought maybe something had changed and I was wrong. They were prompt, the food was hot but the sauce is like a good rug, it can make or break a room. This bitter excuse for pizza sauce ruined everything. I’m going to make a sandwich.

I’m still blown away by this pizza place. Nearly a year later, they are still serving up tasty ‘zza. I ordered the Waikiki pizza this time which had pineapple, white onion, prosciutto and green pepper. The crust was cooked to perfection. This was an amazing pizza. I was really impressed with the cheese bread. The bread was incredibly fluffy with the perfect amount of cheese and garlic. Do yourself a favor and celebrate the day with an amazing Chadd’s Pizza! ~ pickle

THECRUST! This place gets the 4 stars alone based on the crust. It has the perfect thin crust texture of a crispy exterior and a chewy interior. It had a hint of sourdough I believe that made it divine. You guys know what you’re doing here! We got a large pizza, half chicken artichoke and half seafood chowder. We both came to the conclusion that they were premium toppings. The seafood chowder was especially interesting — shrimp, scallops, and corn. An interesting take! I did substitute the corn for tomatoes though, and just letting you know — you’re able to do that free of charge. The bad — I felt the chicken could have been more fresh. It was a bit gummy in the pizza, and it came out dry after the bake. I also upgraded from their housemade red pizza sauce for the saffron cream sauce. Although I love the thought behind the idea, I think it adds too much fat/grease to the pizza. Next time, I think I’ll just stick to the tried and true tomato sauce.

This pizza place is decent. The dough is standard and the sauce is fairly good. I believe they took over for Dan Good Pizza that was once here. They need to keep the kids out of the kitchen to make it more professional. It took them a bit longer than Domino’s to cook our pizza for some odd reason. Not impressed here.

Although pretty good… I’m not a 100% sold on Chadds… Because I’d heard so much, I ordered up a bunch for us girls working in the area for the holiday weekend(We ordered on Friday) I wanted to try so many things… but decided on a large cheese and pepp, a large veg head, a large spinach and artichoke, and cheese bread. First things first… I had to call and inquire and hour after ordering, on the whereabouts of my pizza… apparently they had a huge rush and they were behind… okay, that’s fine… We were so busy, we didn’t get to eat our pizza right away, so because Chadd’s was late, and we were busy… I didn’t get the full effect of fresh«out the oven» pizza… What I can say is, is Chadd’s was pretty decent… luke warm(if you will)… I’d like to give them another go around… As a plus… Chadd’s still didn’t taste too bad a day and a half in… that’s gotta say something… Like I said… still not sold… but I’d still definitely go back…

Chadd has done it again! His bistro is amazing so I had to try his pizza place out! I’m so glad I did ! I had the meat head pizza and it was just like I imagined it crisp bacon, amazing pepperoni and the sausage is homemade people! You know it’s good when it’s made from scratch! The cheese bread was bomb and we topped it off with ranch and crushed red pepper! If you are in the area and would like a great pie stop in to Chadds!

This is great pizza. Being a Jets guy, I am always hesitant to try new stuff, especially round pizzas. The sauce and crust make this pizza what it is. The perfectly baked cheese and toppings don’t hurt either. Definitely get the breadsticks with the marinara sauce, it is outstanding! Don’t wait to try this place, they do it just as well as Chadd’s Bistro does sandwiches.

Sorry, Chadd, I’ve got to go against the grain on this one. I stopped in because everyone on Unilocal was raving about this place. I ordered a pizza and a cheese bread. both were just… not good. The pizza had cardboard crust that was less appealing than the $ 5 hot-n-ready from Little Caesars(and that stuff is really unappealing). The cheese bread was bland. I was hoping I hit this place on an off-day, but after a discussion here on Unilocal,I don’t think I did. The one highlight for me was the house-made sauces. I had the marinara, which was tasty(but still couldn’t save the bland cheese bread), and the ranch, which was peppery and different, but good. I’ve heard Chadd is going to be making some changes around this place, so I might just go back and give it another shot in the future. I really did want to like it, I just didn’t.

Chadd m’man, yer bistro is good. Like really good. I could eat there for lunch pretty much daily. The thing about your pizza… it’s good, and it’d be some of the best in the area, if it weren’t for a place called 112. My girlfriend and I ordered a small Burger Deluxe(?) and Chadd’s Special(?) pizza with a medium salad and the cheese sticks… with a side of ranch. The total was about $ 42. I wasn’t expecting the meal to be cheap, but eesh. Alright first of all, I was bummed that this place had no seating. After standing in there for 30 seconds, I was okay with it. Freezing outside, scalding inside. Workers must sweat 500 calories off a day. Okay I need to speed things up – when we walked in to pick up the pizza, we were told they forgot to make the salad, so we had to wait 3 – 5 extra minutes. They weren’t even busy, so I don’t know how/why they forgot to do it. Oh well. Getting in the car, I could feel the pizza caressing my nose hairs with every waft, and it was glorious. I drove faster to get that pizza back than I would my girlfriend to the hospital if she was going into labor(sry). Skipping ahead — the pizza’s good. Above average even. For the cost though, I was expecting to tear up eating it. The salad was just a salad(112’s was phenomenal). Had fresh produce and their house made Greek dressing is great, but no cheese or meat on their salads is depressing. Their pricey cheese sticks are reasonably big, but again, 112 does it better for cheaper… the pizzas are around the same price, and again, 112 is better. Chadd’s pizza is tasty, but the dough is chewy beginning to end, top and bottom — I was expecting at least a crispy crust. Then again, 112 uses a brick oven and Chadd’s doesn’t. Sorry to compare to 112, but it’s logical given the similar style of pizza. Chadd’s has quite a few nice pizza options for the adventurous folk who want something more than cheese and pepperoni, and it’s why I’ll definitely have it a second, third, etc. time. The best things about Chadd’s are that the pizza us presented nicely, the toppings seem generously piled on, and the house made sauces/dips are great. Not a 5-star pizza place and Chadd’s Bistro endeavor is better, but still worthy of frequenting.

Ummmm. omg. So, how do I say this. They have pizza. They have Chadd. They’ve got a winner. — The Meat Head(House made italian sausage, pepperoni, bacon, ham, and ground beef), with cajun crust addition. WOW, thick slices of slab cut bacon, large chunks of the italian sausage, I mean holy cow. — Seafood Chowder(Scallop, shrimp, roasted red pepper, and corn), upgraded to saffron cream sauce. Yum! What a well balanced seafood pizza. I like a lot of toppings, so the leftovers of this are receiving some extra shrimp. Not to say toppings were lacking, there was an appropriate quantity to make a balanced pizza that cooked up perfect. Chadd’s Bistro put him and his crew on the map, Chadd’s Pizza solidifies his craft ingenuity and ridiculously high standard of ingredients. BTW, today was the Parade in downtown. What a nightmare that was. I live 20 min away, it took me 1 hour and a lot of stress to zigzag around closed roads to get here. I’d do it all over again. On a sub note. Just because it’s pizza, doesn’t mean it has to be cheap. Comparing this to little caesar’s is like going to Capital Grille and expecting Applebees prices because«they both have steak». Georgios down the street does a small 12″ meat lovers for $ 12.50 and their toppings are not anywhere close to the same quality IMO. Chadd’s has The Meathead, a small that is also 12″ and is $ 11.99. Anything about Chadd’s being outside the local price point for what you get seems unfounded. To keep the comparison fair as best I can, I used two downtown locations.

Wow! Wowza… I should have known. it would be that good! After experiencing Chadds Bistro the last 2.5 years, I should have known this would be a hit. Sunday Night 11−30−14 called ahead & pre ordered our Sunday Night Pizza. Brandon took our order, yet sounded very busy [ later found out he had 20 pizzas ordered between 5:30– 6pm ] But our pizza was ready when I arrived. I gotta honestly admit, I was a tad suprisedChadd, did not have even a small dining area or at least 1 – 2 tables, as IMHO a pizza like this needs to be eaten on the spot. But However Furthermore.it held up well on our transport home. We ordered the«MEATHEAD» Small 4 large slices $ 12.70 house made Italian Sausage bacon, pepperoni, ham, ground beef It was amazing, I audbily moaned as I ate it ever so slowly, the meats had a smokey long lasting taste to them, the ham & Italian sausage were both lean & not fatty at all. The toppings were generous & abundant The crust was perfect. It seems Chef Chadd did his research & due diligence as the toppings, crust, sauce all had a unique flair to them, plus each reminded me of other places in a very good way Such as 112 Bistro, Tomatoes Apizza and the original Bigia Not too shabby! I will return soon & try 3 – 4 of the other specialty pizzas, especially the Promethues!

Perfect stop to refuel for those that bike in the area. I decided well in advance that I would stop here after a ride through Bloomer MTB Trails. A decision well rewarded. I ordered the Luca Brasi which only took about 15min. Although no dining tables, they allowed me to hunker down and enjoy my pie(which by the way was one of the best ‘zas I’ve ever had; a tad on the salty side but I didn’t mind as I lost a lot of salt on the trails). There are about 3 chairs for those who are waiting for their orders which I was able to use. I’m a big fan of the Bistro and the quality of the pizza is on par to the sandwiches. Definitely coming back.

For those of you familiar with Chadd’s Bistro, you know that Chadd can make a killer sandwich. Well, he now has ventured into the pizza business. And he’s got another hit with this one. Called up tonight and ordered up a couple of large pizzas. A classic pepperoni and cheese and a custom spinach, feta, kalamata olives, and onion«white» pizza. No sauce, just cheese. Both pizzas were great The crust was perfect. Chewy in the middle, and crispy on the outside. perfect balance of toppings as well. If you love Chadd’s Bistro, you will love Chadd’s Pizza.
