Nice location. I hadn’t been to Chuck e Cheese in maybe 20 years, lol. But I have a two year old and went with a friend and her son. It was a great idea. The kids had fun, the place was clean, the pizza was good so were the wings. They had a salad bar that I took advantage of. Overall, I would go back. But note, go early. If you go after 5, the bigger kids are there and take over! If you gave smaller kids go early.

Me and Randy had a horrible time here. The games and all that stuff is fine but the staff is a shitacular mess. Randy was accused of stealing when he went to the salad bar (he is taking a break on the burgers). He was not given a wrist band when he paid and had his receipt but was still accused of trying to steal and lying to get at the salad bar. He was then told he would be kicked out. This lady is a total shitworm we spent almost $ 200 at this place and get treated like garbage over a $ 6.00 salad bar. Take your party elsewhere.

Waited 30+ minutes for a small cheese pizza and baby started crying so we got a refund. The manager had every excuse under the sun, he has a bunch of teenagers working for him etc. and zero apology. He was nice, but he’s not getting the job done. We’ll go to our usual spot, Chuck E. Cheese Novi.

I used to work here! It’s alright in terms of an experience but don’t expect to be helped quickly in the winter months — it gets insane and honestly they’re understaffed. The prices are quite high so if you’re ready to empty your wallet then going here should be ok. The specialty pizzas are surprisingly good but trust me when I say this — DO NOT BUY THE SALAD BAR. The volume gets so intense the cashier cannot keep it clean. In addition sometimes they cut corners to try to save time. Also, if things mix in that maelstrom of food, too bad! The cottage cheese got spicy way too many times thanks to jalepeneos falling in. As tempting as it is its not worth it!
