Horrible business model. I was told from an associate from their call center that I was booked for Botox at 11am, when I arrived I was asked to fill out paperwork. Then told hold on I have to see if the nurse is available for your appointment. I was confused because I was told I had an appointment for Botox but then the intake employee basically had me wait in an office for ten minutes while she said she was checking to see if she could get me in. She came back with the nurse who made recommendations and said she couldn’t get me in for two more hours. I drove an hour to see her referred by a close family member and there was no way I was going to wait for two hours to be seen. What a disorganized, unprofessional practice. I was so disappointed and would never go back. The nurses and associates were polite it was their call center and COMPLETELY disorganized business model of making appointments through a different network of people besides their own front desk. What a mess. Will never go back.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t receive treatment due to a keloid that I got form a starch or something I did to my shoulder a long, long, long time ago. The staff here is very through in taking time making sure their guests can handle the treatment. I appreciate that the nurse that I spoke to(via Skype) was more concerned with my face getting harmed than she was $$. Same with the nurse who sat with me during the Skype call. Even though I only had a consultation, I wanted to leave a comment because unlike other places, they actually care about the welfare of your skin and overall health.

I have had two treatments so far and the staff here is really nice. Clean, professional, caring people, basically everything you could ask for. Ask for Kasia as your nurse, she is awesome!
