Disappointing! Looks are deceiving here. Nice décor… poor service… $ 1 for water which was a real deal breaker for us. When I complained about the water, I was told the complimentary cup is free but small cups cost $ 1… thanks for letting us know that when we ORDERED! They totally screwed up our order, which I know can happen sometimes with fast food, but they NEVER brought us out the corrected food after we waited for 10 min. Oops they forgot! Sheesh! 3 other customers had their orders messed up as well. Incidentally, this is owned by the same person who owns the one near downtown Rochester. They too charge for water or give a little pointed cup for your water. Never went back there either! Here’s A HINT McD: when you screw up this badly, at least offer a coupon for something. Never going back… too many other fast food choices.

I have gone here twice. The building is new, clean and a bit smaller than some I have been in but it’s nice. Staff is a whole different story. They are VERY slow, often look confused and appear poorly trained. We have gone inside and through the drive thru with the same employee experience. All in all its not the best in the area, not the worst but don’t expect to feel like this location makes you want to pick it over another MCD location for speed, accuracy or customer attention.

This Mc Donald’s is like all the rest. Granted it’s New & Clean. But stars are not given for New & Clean. Why is it that, NOMATTERWHEREYOUGOTO A McDonalds, THEFOOD, ARRIVES… From the Grille, LUKEWARM ? I Always order my French Fries with No Salt ! They come nice And Hot, because they are Special Ordered. Even if I ask for my Cheeseburger with No Onion, it comes LUKEWARM? I don’t understand how they can serve food at this Temperature In this Day and Age, when there are So Many regulations to Prevent people from getting sick with food poisoning ? Am I the only one who gets cold food at McDonalds ?? REALLY?
