Very disappointing experience trying to get something printed. Basic supplies are not available, and the staff is annoying and unhelpful. Will not come here again.

I quit coming here years ago due to staff rude and uneducated. Well I thought surely they have replaced those people by now. Nope. Same rude, condescending, patronizing employee in print section. No help, only 13 of 19 legal documents went thru. Had to pay over $ 20 and missing pages. Never ever again. I don’t know how they stay in business. I will not give a company my business being treated this way. I don’t know why I even paid. Oh yeah, because I am ethical and have morals. Now to go to Office Max and resend documents. Would have given ZERO stars if I had the option.

Order on line, supposed to be ready for pickup at the store in two hours — not. Manager was rude. Will not shop here again.

It is a week before school starts, this store has no staff, the manager is overwhelmed. A sign was outside of the store featuring antibacterial gel, I was unable to find any in the store. The cashier asked the manager if they were out of stock, the managers reply,“I don’t know”. Geez if this is how he manages, no wonder the parking lot is always empty. Don’t go here!!!

Amazing that this place is open for business. When I went in to make business cards I was met by a rude attendant and they ended up calling to let me know that they somehow deleted my file on their store PC. Try another location if you’re able to.

The worse stapler that I’ve been. the casher lady had bad attitude, and the manger is useless. that is why they are hireling now! no one work at the place!!!

Although this defies logic… considering this store is located in Rochester Hills, it is quite dingy, dark & not at all well kept up, especially in contrast to the Masonic & Gratiot store, which is bright, well lit & always has 2 – 3 registers open. Which I frequented for the last 14 years.
I was here 3 times this weekend, and all 3 times only 1 register was open [ sigh ]

I highly recommend this store just because the staff is ready to lend a hand, astonishing and oh so friendly.
Somebody always greets me hello and waves me goodbye.
The store is always well-​kept and organized.
Indeed… Staples, that was Easy!
