This pharmacy is the worst. Their support staff is lacking so bad in both technical knowledge and customer service. It has gotten worse over the past few years now it’s to the point of another pharmacy.
Area manager needs to look at the broad dysfunction in this location. Bad on the bad comments and the timeframe it would appear nobody at Walgreen really cares at the management level.

This is the worst pharmacy! I only go here when the cvs across the street is out of a med I need. They people here are rude. They tell you when your medication will be ready rather than ask you when you’d like it to be ready like CVS does.

I hate his Walgreens pharmacy. I mean I would rather pull out my fingernails than go there. They have the worst attitudes of any pharmacy I’ve seen. They treat you like a dang criminal no matter what you are filling. I filled my sons ADHD meds and I was interrogated. The first time I went there the lady purposely didn’t tell me she knew it was done just to make me wait longer with a newborn baby and a six year old! The second time I was interrogated like a criminal.

My daughter from Arkansas ordered some Photo Gifts to be sent /​picked up at this location.
I assumed you’ve seen 1 Walgreens, you’ve seen them all. .well not so fast.
Although its located in Rochester Hills, they place is crowded, cramped & dirty & that’s just the photo counter & register area.
Wont be back, no matter what.
