I am a big fan of credit unions and I’d like to give a huge shout out to Advantage Federal Credit Union in Rochester. They are amazing and the longer I’m with them the more I fall in love. Almost 10 years banking there now I believe. They are always looking out for me and will go out of there way to make sure everything is ok and that I’m happy. It’s unbelievable. It’s like banking with really sweet, kind, generous grandparents. UHaul was just trying to screw me over and I was swimming in calls getting me nowhere and Advantage was like, yup, all over that and you’re taken care of. Gus is one of the branch managers who may be the nicest person I’ve ever met in my life. Not to mention everything is so easy there. Easy and fast. And in the rare occasion you interact with someone who can’t help, just around the corner is some amazing Advantage employee (in a cape) flying in to save the day. Thank you thank you for decent banking and decent business.
