There is an employee who just«floats around» and puts customer’s names on the queue, but doesn’t actually help or answer questions. Why doesn’t every other store have one of these? Those other stores must be aiming for efficiency.

I love my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 but I hate dealing with this place. They are always busy and understaffed. I had to wait ½ hour to get help. Also the staff turn over seems to be pretty big so you seldom get the same person to help you. Staff is also not particularly friendly.
