My wife and I were very pleased with our home inspector — Scott. He really took the time to go through everything… he even explained how certain things worked within the house that we were not familiar with. For ex: the furnace had UV lights inside in order to eliminate bacteria. He showed us where, how to replace the bulbs, etc. The home was in really good shape but Scott still took his time with us and reviewed in detail. The inspection was comprehensive, and the digital report was helpful was well, which was delivered later that day.

I needed someone to inspect the foundation of a house for an appraiser — I called B-​Aware Home inspection. Scott answered, was polite AND fast — he was able to go out on the same day that I called him so I could get a report as soon as possible. He cared about the time-​frame I needed this report in, and actually did what he said he was going to do. Not to mention — his customer service was fantastic. Two rare things in most industries, anymore. Thank you, Scott. I will recommend you to anyone I know.
