Stay here! Super clean, quite and a decent breakfast. Subway takes you to the Mayo so weather is no issue. The staff is always nice and the price is great for being a 2 minute walk from Mayo. Also, right around the corner is a Caribou Coffee, Jimmy Johns and a new Freshens. We have been here 3 times for appts. at the Mayo this past year and will continue to book in the future!

Stayed here while my mother was undergoing surgery across the road via the Mayo Clinic. We chose it mainly due to price consideration and especially the proximity to the hospital. We were able to cross one small side street and be at the hospital (a one minute walk). It is also only about a 15−20minute walk from the actual Mayo Clinic buildings down the road.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful at the front desk every time we approached.
We had a 2 queen bed room, and my grandmother was next door in the same style room. The rooms are clean, and very simple. The bedding was nice and they provided plenty of pillows (even a few extra, which is always a plus for me!). The maids did a nice job keeping the rooms clean, fresh and refilling towels/​shower items each day, which can sometimes be a disappointment at hotels.
The rooms are pretty tight, not a lot of extra space, but then again we spent most of our time over at the hospital and not in the room. Rooms came with a nice mini-​fridge, a small desk space, tv, and a sink that was outside of the bathroom. Always nice to be able to brush your teeth/​etc while someone else is showering without intruding!
Overall, good quality. I would stay here if you need to be near the hospital and/​or Mayo clinic. Nice staff, clean rooms, great location.
