One of the most pleasant home care experiences I have ever had. From the estimate to the overall work done CertaPro was easy to work with and helpful. The estimate was fair and very easy to understand. The foreman was communicative every step of the way touching base with me in the morning, before the crew left for lunch and at the end of the day. the quality of work was superb and exactly what I envisioned for my home. Overall this was a job very well done.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only did they trash my carpet, take my tools, but did a poor quality job that I have been trying to work with corporate to have them return to fix. This ordeal has been going on for months. The foreman actually told me that if they did a good job in some areas then it would just draw more attention to other areas that were worse! I was also told that it wasn’t that bad, it was going with the rustic appeal I was after. Can you imagine why I wouldn’t want them back in my home to do the work after that?! I asked that I receive a refund for a portion of the work that needed to be fixed, and wasn’t finished, or that they pay a different contractor of my choosing. I had to give the franchise owner a time frame because he asked the same questions over and over again. At the end of the day when I was owed a decision, the company didn’t even have the decency to provide me with one. Save your money and go elsewhere, or you will end up in small claims court suing them like me!
