Nothing special. Got there kind of late… They were closing in 35 minutes but that seemed like plenty of time to eat. Around 920 they started putting things away. If it says you are open till 930 I would think a buffet would leave things out till that time… I wanted some of their tomato salad. Went back around 920 and they had dirty pans piled on top of it :| nasty. I understand workers wanna get out and go home but I don’t like being rushed. Probably won’t be going back.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The sushi bar doesn’t have any actual fish, just fake crab in every roll to make you feel like you’re eating sushi. The hot bar is less than mediocre and overall just makes you want to stop eating way earlier than you normally would at a buffet. The wait staff was nice but not enough to make up for the food.

The food was okay. They have decent food for a cheap price. First time because I haven’t had Chinese in awhile and it was exceptionally good, but it didn’t taste as good the second time. If your budget is low but needs more than just a plate then you should check this place out.

I was here visiting family over the weekend and thought we’d try out the local chinese places. Boy do I wish we had chosen somewhere else. Although the wait staff were nice, the food was not great. Imo, it was over seasoned and a tad salty. and when I went to the cold bar for them to cook up something on the grill, there were little fruit flies everywhere landing on the food! It was disgusting and I didn’t notice at first, but when I did, I immediately dropped the tongs and told the manager. They said they would take care of it, so hopefully that got fixed.

The food is pretty incredible for a buffet. Why would you come to a CHINESEBUFFET for mac + cheese and expect it to taste good? That’s like coming to a chinese buffet and asking for pizza. Will try again and update.

The mac and cheese was watered down and did not taste like asian. Would not recommend

Gone kind of downhill in the past couple years. Less to choose from that before. Everything still tastes amazing!

My family and I have gone to this location since it opened, and it was always an awesome and welcoming experience. However all of a sudden we were told that the long time manager had retired. That was before the last dinner we ever had there. I am not sure whether it was the change of manager or just a fluke but the food was not what it used to be. Instead of having plenty of food at nice hot temperatures the food was limited and luke warm at best. The people who worked there were very slow to get more food out and it was not at the temperature it should’ve been. What used to be an awesome place to eat has turned into a possible health hazard. I give them a 2 star review out of respect for what they once were and that’s it.

Always love coming here every few months– everyone can get different things they like and its nice since we have some picky eaters. Love the raw section where you make your plate and they cook it for you. And they have sushi which is also a nice touch! Their hot tea, I don’t know what it is but we all love it and get it when we go. Always great about drink refills and clearing plates. Owner is sweet and funny, always is nice when we see him.

Not much selection as far as chinese food. There was a large salad bar and a large seafood selection but only 3 chinese dishes. The seafood was good but call me crazy when I want to go to a Chinese buffet I want to experience chinese food not just seafood. The Chinese dishes they did have the sesame chicken, general chicken and chicken and broccoli were all good but not fantastic and not worth the 10.99 price tag for just those few dishes.

I’ve been here quite a few times and I love it. They aren’t the biggest restaurant nor do they have the largest selection but the things they have are great. The price is about in line with what I’d expect from a Chinese buffet, could be a little cheaper but either way it’s not a bad deal. This place would be good for a small family gathering or a group of friends.

Went here for dinner, there wasn’t much selection. If you know what real chinese food tastes like, don’t come here. Its just food cooked in oil and salt. The fish on the sushi was extremely dry. The crab legs were gone in 2 seconds. The ice cream section looked like people were playing in every flavor. I ate about half of two plates.unsatisfying. Customer service was great though. Our waiter was on point with cleaning and bringing more water. I will not return again.

1.5 rounded up to 2. Compared to other buffets this had a medium-small amount of items to choose from. More than Tandoor on most nights, but less than Grand Super and the many others on the Jefferson strip. The food is all very basic, with nothing that will really«wow» you. Not only is it just basic, it’s as basic as Americanized Chinese food can get. With your variety being items like Sesame Chicken, Lo Mein. etc… Nothing really stands out, and nothing is memorable. The dumplings are pretty bad here. I’m a huge dumpling guy, and these ones are always very dry and bland in all the wrong ways. Nothing was horrifyingly bad though. But, nothing was amazingly good either… The meal comes to about 11 dollars or so, but for 2 dollars more you can go to Grand Super and get about 4 islands extra of additional choices. Pros : + Good service /polite staff + No wait time any time I’ve gone Cons : — Limited choices of food, you’ll find yourself getting the same thing on each plate. Might as well buy one plate elsewhere for less money — Not the best food in the world…(I’m being nice here) — Nasty soup — Gross dumplings — The food is left out a bit long sometimes, leaving it dry.

Came here by default as wife wanted crab legs and the restaurants I desired either were packed or not to her standards so… Being a Friday nite place was busy but not overly crowded. Service at table was ok with waiter being attentive. Food on other hand was a mixed bag as though my wife did like her crab legs they were few and far between as she waited in line for her first serving feeling lucky to even get a couple as the couple in front of her basically emptied entire pan. As for myself I started with the salads and worked way towards«hot» I quoted that because 3 of four items were at best Luke warm. Nothing like a good bite into cold stuffed mushroom or equally cold cut of beef which also was devoid of flavor. Basically stuck to shrimp which was peel to eat and ok as long as you don’t like seafood sauce with it as they had 2 choices a ketchup or some even more disgusting reddish sauce with some horseradish that I regretted dipping my shrimp into even just that once. Enough bad food to not come back by choice ever again but add a filthy smelly bathroom(ladies) and a front desk person with imguessing a hearing loss issue due to his yelling into phone and across restaurant and you can guess why even my use of 1 star might be considered generous!

I’m sorry, but this place is horrifying. The meat at the Mongolian BBQ bar is not acceptable — Changing colors, looking wrong. Also, the Mongolian grill guy is a jerk. I accidentally spilled a little sauce on his counter because they provide plates instead of bowls. Despite my apologies and help cleaning up he made annoyed faces and didn’t answer me or act friendly in the slightest. And by the way, I only had veggies and noodles. The rest of the food at this place was barely passable, and the bathroom was a nightmare. I went to this place years ago with my family and thought it was ok. WHATHAPPENED?

A really nice buffet. Good variety and the usual stop when looking for Chinese, buffet style.

Chinese buffets get a bad rap. They really arent half bad and unlike ordering from a traditional restaurant you can’t beat getting to have chicken and pork prepared 5 different ways in one meal. The food here was pretty standard for americanized chinese food. I liked everything I ate. What sets this buffet apart from others that I’ve been to is the staff. The people that work here tend to be a little more interactive, friendly and entertaining than most chinese buffets I have been to. The host/front cashier guy was hilarious. Plus they give you double-bubble gumballs when you leave. Even though the flavor lasts for all of 2 minutes, it was a nice bit of nostalgia. Eclectic mix of fellow diners here, everyone from mobile home hobos to RIT jocks, to ghetto fab wanna be hip hop stars.
