Although it’s almost always busy ever time I go in, I love coming here! I’m in Rochester Hills a few times a week and it’s the only area I ever visit that has a Chipotle(where I live, there is no Chipotle anywhere close) and if I have the time, I almost always stop in. Despite having to wait in line, I get through the line fast and get my food even quicker. I’ve never had a problem with my food not being good or it tasting anything other than fresh. I always get the chicken burrito bowl and I always end up satisfied. If you haven’t yet, get the salad dressing with your order. It’s absolutely amazing and I wish they sold it in bottles! #ChipotleIsMyLiiiiiiiife

This will forever be my favorite chipotle. Always has fast service and stays open right up until closing time(which is usually when I arrive after the gym) maybe 1 out of ten times they are a little skimpy on the serving sizes, but it really depends on who’s making the food. For the most part it’s always right on, or big and fat. My favorite.

This is the first time i have had Chipotle. I typically eat qdoba, because i am a former employee. I dont like it at all. it could be because i used to qdoba. i ordered carry out and my co worker picked it up, so i cant comment on this actual store itself.

The manager with blue hair is THEBEST!!! She was very hands on and attentive. She even came over to our table to make sure everything was to our expectations; wow, that’s customer service!!!

I don’t understand how this one has a lower rating than the others that I have been to. I don’t live nearly as close to this Chipotle, I live closer to the one on Hall Road, but I will make the drive just to go to this one. The food is sometimes not as good and consistent as it could be, but the staff is so much friendlier here than all the other ones I’ve been to. They give you a good amount of food. You don’t have to wait forever to get food. I give them a four stars for the overall environment, good staff and good food!

Chipotle does not have spoons available for customers… only forks & knives. My husband has Parkinson’s Disease & it is much easier for him to eat using a spoon. Hard to believe they don’t have spoons!

Hard to go wrong at Chipotle. Not sure why this place has such low ratings. They do a great job for constantly being busy.

When you know people are complaining, reviews are horrible and area management doesn’t care to fix this store after prior complaints you shake your head. Today, yet again a very simple online order is wrong, the correct orders were skimpy at best. If we could give a zero or negative rating it would go to this store hands down. This place wins dysfunctional chipotle store of the year and should be studied by future managers of how not to manage a store. It does excel in that area.

Terrible. Every table filthy. No napkins available. Out of sour cream. Guacamole hastily prepared with stringy fibrous chunks in it. Out of almost every kind of soda. My food was cold. I usually love chipotle but cannot recommend this location at all.

I’m just so tired of being treated like garbage when I come to this restaurant. I think I’m going to go to the one on Adams Road next time instead. Today, they mistakenly put pork on our burritos instead of chicken. No big deal, everyone makes mistakes, right? When I asked her to swap out the meat, she let out a big sigh, rolled her eyes to my face, and banged the meat tongs down on the counter. I apologized for the misunderstanding, and she shook her head and said«Whatever», and walked away. She then slammed the old meat into the trashcan.

I really like Chipotle and I was in the area so I tried this location. It was not terrible but as other reviews has said, its a bit disappointing compared to other locations. Serving size is a bit smaller, staff is quite nice, but it seems that they were in a hurry. I understand that they do not want other customers to wait so maybe that is their reason for rushing. Seems that they were a bit understaffed too because at first the chicken was out and then steak, I wanted half chicken and half steak. Ended up waiting and got all chicken. Usually other locations would allow other employees to know when they would be almost out of something and the other employees would get onto that. Oh well, the food tasted just as good! Parking might be hard to find in front of the store so might have to park a bit farther.

They do not know how to make the right servings plus they dump the ingredients on one side instead of spreading them across the bowl.

As I look at my receipt that says«Gourmet without attitude». I go hey that’s funny. because when I first walked into the place, the first worker asked me what he could get for me so I replied a burrito bowl and that was met with an obvious eye roll and sigh as if I had just asked the dude to slit his own wrists. So ditto on the other reviewers comment: «why does everyone here look they want to commit suicide?» Also, they need to slow their roll just a tad bit because the workers give you no time at all to think about what you want. It was just kind of a whirlwind of «I’ll have the burrito bowl please»… a barrage of questions within a five second timeframe… and then the last thing I remembered was me standing there with my receipt and the food kind of dazed and confused

I love Chipotle’s food… So why did I give this place only one star… Simple reason — when comparing to the stores, you get only slightly more than half the portion of what you get in other Chipotle places…

This location is hit or miss because of the staff. They can be really good and quick but they can also be awful. I’ve had them make tacos that all completely broke by the time they put lettuce on them. The past two times they have not closed the burrito bowls securely and they leaked everywhere. Other times they are super pleasant and get me in and out quickly.

This is the worst Chipotle around! They only fill my bowl up about half way and then when I ask for a little more of something, they give me the evil eye. I’d avoid this location at all cost.

Any company who condones not serving law enforcement based on a proven lie will not be getting any of my money… chips are often stale and every other time I ate here they were out of something.

Love chipotle, hate this location. My husband and I are vegan so we get extra veggies instead of meat and they always try and short us. I’m paying the same amount as if I got chicken, so I don’t think it’s too much to ask for more veggies. Maybe I keep getting new people that don’t know how to make a burrito, I don’t know. Also, at 6pm during the dinner rush there is a line out the door and 2 people working. Poor scheduling?

Pros: It’s Chipotle. Cons: Extremely slow service, inconsistent portions, team members who clearly do not enjoy working there, team members who do not listen. At no time is it acceptable to have guests wait 20 minutes in line at a non-peak hours, however this seems to be a common operation at this location. The delays range from not having enough food prepared to — as was the case tonight — not utilizing staff members efficiently, and poor or lack of training. I’m used to team members not listening and making orders incorrectly. I’m used to having to wait for the next batch of chicken or rice. I’m used to seeing two team members do all the work while several others mill about uselessly. I’m used to the stingy server who gives tiny portions. Rarely have I ever had this be a common, recurring experience with all events happening at once at every visit like I have with this location. For my time, I believe my money is better spent at the nearby Qdoba, where I have never had a wait, I’ve always had a full bowl or burrito, where there is always enough food, and where my time isn’t wasted.

My issue with this location is consistency. My experiences range from good to horrible — in no particular order. I think a lot of this could be solved with better staff and training.
