Rochester, NY
Registered a car in less than 20 minutes. It’s big, clean, and well lit in there, you don’t feel cramped. The people I worked with didn’t seem to dread their lives which is the general stigma of a DMV worker. They were helpful and quick. It’s right in the mall where the old Circuit City used to be.
