What a great experience I had here from the process of the eye exam to purchasing glasses. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. The doctor was extremely friendly and very detailed in caring about my eye health care. They are very patient and like I said before very helpful. They even looked to see which was cheaper my insurance or their sale price. It worked out to be the same price but it was still a good price. They had my glasses done in an hour and a half. When I went to pick them up the staff changed over. And leaving and having people and customers commenting how good my new glasses looked on me felt great and made feel good about shopping here. Thanks again.

The personalized service I received from the store manager, Todd, was/​is exceptional. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He was extremely helpful in helping me find just the right look coupled with optimum performance that I, for one, value highly. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly and definitely recommend LensCrafters located in Greece Ridge Center — and in particular, Todd — to everyone I know that needs eyewear.
