Great choice for breakfast in the Rochester airport. Their Iced Tea was brewed perfectly — not too weak, and not too strong and bitter.
I had a Plain bagel with butter which was hot and fresh! Service was fast, polite, and smooth despite a lot of customers. Highly recommended for a quick bite. Plenty of seating nearby too.

Dealt with the rudest dunkin donut employee ever… ask a question and was extremely rude asked «what you can hear». Only excuse I can give him is is was 5 am.

A place that is open before everyone else. You can get bagels for breakfast also. Donuts. Coffee. Good service. Just what you need in the morning. More than just donuts and coffee

I was between business meetings and needed to eat lunch so I figured why not, let’s see if I run on DD. This place is great!
The seating area was spotless; the internet connection was excellent and fast like lightning; there was a power plug available for those old timers who still use a laptop with a limited life battery; and the coffee had the usual delicious DD aroma.
The breakfast bagel was as expected — but anything with bacon is good.
The staff was pleasant and helpful as well.
I’m giving this place a 5 because it was a perfect pit stop in a hectic day. I will be back.

This is the classic example of you need to give a place more than one chance. I roll through Rochester about six times a year. I like to hit the donut shop before that first flight in the morning leaves.
First time I was here the line was 12 people deep, and one person struggled to keep up.
Ever since the place has plenty of help fresh donuts every morning, and you just have to love to Dunkin coffee.
Good place to get your day started before you get on that plane.
