I like this place. It has relatively fast service and it’s easy to get to. My one complaint is that when I order ¾ coffee and ¼ hot chocolate, my request gets met with a lot of confusion. That’s my only complaint.

You can’t go wrong with Dunkin Donuts. I get it almost every day, and it keeps me going. The medium Dunkaccino is my go-to. This place can be crowded around lunch and dinner time, so be wary of that before going in.

Well my first Dunkin donut visit was not a great one. We walked in and no one in line just a few waiting for their coffee, we stood there and waited and 3 different people walked up the the counter to deliver coffee but not one of them greeted us. Finally a young girl took out order and we told her this was our first time at a DD. We felt rushed and she wasn’t patient. Anyhow finally get our order and my punkin iced coffee was flavorless and tasted watered down needless to say I couldn’t see or taste what the hype is all about. It was really just disappointing.

Yes, i’m reviewing Dunkin’ Donuts. Everybody knows about their overly sugary and creamy coffee. I don’t really have much to add to that. I end up going back to Dunkin’ Donuts mostly out of convenience and predictability. I frequently stop by right before work to pick up a coffee and bagel or breakfast sandwich.
Maybe i’m feeling overly generous today, but i’m giving this particular Dunkin’ Donuts 4 stars. It’s actually one of the newest and nicest Dunkin’ Donuts i’ve ever been too. It’s spacious with granite counter-top tables and a single flat screen TV. Service has always been friendly and efficient. I actually wished the Mt. Hope location was more like this one.

This is probably one of the better locations for Dunkin’ Donuts in Rochester. I also like the East Ave. and lower Monroe/Alexander when I’m down that way. There are plenty of great donut places around town, you may call me generic but I’ve always preferred Dunkin to many others.

I love DD. I could put my face in DD everyday. The donuts were a bit over cooked but still Devine. The coffee was super good as well. There’s nothing like getting a handful of DD in the morning!
