Dunkin Donuts

Recently opened Dunkin Donuts location on W Henrietta Rd next to Tony Pepperoni. Very nice, clean and bright location. This location doesn’t have as much of the merchandise as some others do which is fine with me.
Now everyone knows Dunkin Donuts and everyone has their favorite coffee stop and this location isn’t going to change you from a Starbucks lover to a Dunkin Lover. I am generally a Dunkin Lover for Espresso drinks mainly. I love their hot and cold espresso drinks. Their Dunkin perks deals/​rewards make it so much more affordable than Starbucks. This month they had Medium Lattes (Iced/​Hot) for $ 1.99 after Noon — which is awesome. Their iced coffee can often taste very watered down even if I get cream and not skim milk, but about ½ the time its pretty good. I love their sugar free syrups as well as the Mocha swirl. Upcoming deal is $ 1.29 Medium Hot/​Iced coffee in the afternoon which is worth the risk of possible watered down flavor. The dark roast isn’t my favorite and I can’t exactly place my finger on why — I generally get decaf iced coffee and espresso drinks.
I rarely get any food items from Dunkin Donuts — the sandwiches like Starbucks are just microwaved and never really appeal to me. The donuts often have minimal filling and stale type texture. I did try a Croissant donut from this location and it was same as others — tough, dry and stale texture and overpriced at $ 2.49.
Where this Dunkin gets all the stars is their staff and ability to make a tastier drink. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. They don’t skimp on the syrup as some other locations do but when I want a specific flavor combo or less syrup my order is correct too. I feel like the staff here go out of their way to be nice and «real» people not like a machine, hating their job at the window. They must have wonderful management and I appreciate it. I drive out of the way in some cases and really mainly go to this location now. I guess I’m running on Dunkin :)

Fast and efficient. Have always been in and out within minutes. Very clean facility. Which tells a lot about the staff and the store.

Wow! This place just opened about a week ago… I was so excited to go in and check it out.
Everything is new and clean. The fluorescent flags greet you in the front letting you know is the grand opening.
Young girl behind the counter was not extremely knowledgeable… But she is still training.
Next time I will try the drive-​through and see how smoothly that runs.
Only downside is that it’s difficult to turn left out of this complex.
