Honestly the worst coffee place I have ever been to. Poor organization. Mediocre coffee. HORRIBLE workers. Overall, a very bad first experience. I will stick to Moka from now on.

Fast service but mediocre coffee, donuts are ok but sometimes not the best. Go early for freshest selection.

This is one of the most frustrating places I’ve been to in Rochester for eating. The food is good, but this place is seriously mismanaged. A lot of staff seem more interested in their shenanigans behind the counter and talking with one another than being courteous and attentive to the patrons in the store. Not very professional. Another problem I have seen is they seemingly run out of food on a regular basis. This last Saturday, at 10:50am, they were out of eggs, cheese, and bagels!!! How does a store run out of that many things at 11 o’clock in the morning!!! But my biggest peeve with the store is they don’t pay attention to make sure your order is correct. I always ask for no cheese on my sandwiches, and half the time they put cheese on them. Right now I ordered a Chicken bacon sandwich with no cheese; it even says that on the receipt I’m looking at. But lo and behold, there is cheese on my sandwich. The people making the hot food in the back need to pay more attention to what they are doing. This was the first Dunkin Donuts in Minnesota in a long time, and they are setting a bad example for the franchise with the service they provide. STEPITUP!!!

Never get my order correct but keep giving them a chance, limited selection, poor layout, bathroom is in another part of huge building, front area congested. Will get my donuts elsewhere from now on since the quality of Dunkin Donuts has declined so drastically.

So sad we have to go to Rochester from Mpls just to get DD, but it gives us a chance to revisit its charm. Friendly people and great donuts/food…Just wish they had more DD mdse! The place was non-stop busy and they had a full crew on today to keep everything humming along. We’ll definitely be back!

I am handicap and was visiting Mayo for testing. I was there several times on this trip(as well as previous trips) and am so impressed by the staff. Rarely in fast food do you find caring/professional and energetic people. I had one incident where I got a large cone and headed to my seat — during the trip to my seat, I somehow spilled the top half on a table seat. The staff immdiently cleaned it, got me a new cone, and made me feel that it wasn“t my fault(it was, of course) Thank you Thank you.

Went to shop at 3PM yesterday and they were completely out of donuts! Very frustrating! We came from Lakeville for soccer tournament and were so excited to have Dunkin between games…

I was happy when I heard that Dunkin’ Donuts was coming to Rochester. After hearing so much praise from friends in other cities where Dunkin’ Donuts was a big deal, I was actually a little bit excited at the thought of getting a good fluffy donut. My first trip was a disappointment, because it was 2 in the afternoon, and I pulled on the door, but it wouldn’t open. They were closed. Workers were standing in there doing something, but no one would even bother to look up, wave a hand, or to indicate that they were closed. I pulled the door again. Another guy tried his hand, and the door still wouldn’t open. Then we noticed a very small handwritten sign saying they were closed. Next day I went there again and got a donut. Major disappointment. Not fluffy. Not terrible, but not good. A week later… same thing. The donuts are highly overrated. If you’re hoping for something similar to a Krispy Kreme donut, forget it. Not even close. Also…if you haven’t been there yet, don’t get your hopes up about being able to see what the donuts look like before you order. They keep the donuts back *behind* the counter, *behind* the workers… where you can’t get a good look. About 10 feet away. That’s too far. It’s hard to find good donuts anywhere these days, but really… even the donuts at the gas station are better than these.

Under the skyway in Rochster, on a Saturday morning this place is packed. Long line to order your morning diabetic supplements of sugary treats and coffee. Turns out the lines were only partially due to the Mayo Clinic crowds, it was mostly due to the cashiers being unable to enact transactions quickly. Coffee was oK. Wouldn’t pass a Starbucks or a Caribou to get a dunkin.

Prompt service. The iced tea is really refreshing. I had a sugar raised donut and it was so good! So fluffy and soft. The workers are friendly right off the bat. Great location downtown. Hopefully this one paves the way for more to open elsewhere in MN.

I’m really surprised that it has taken Rochester so long to get a Dunkin’ Donuts downtown. They have tasty donuts, a full breakfast menu, delicious coffee, ample seating, and good location… did I mention the yummy donuts?
