I don’t get the manicures, but the pedicures are amazing. It’s clean and consistent. They do a great job and the ladies are the nicest! These women are great!!!

Went in to get acrylics removed. Hack job. Not friendly or clear where to go or who to talk to. They all spoke English just fine but choose to just point and say over there. I went to get them professionally removed so I would have less damage. It HURT. One nail cracked straight up the middle and was bleeding. Her grinder slipped and made a cuticle bleed. It was a hour of tense stress. At least a lil stress oil to smell or something idk. She acted like she completed the job. The rest were left uneven not fully removed and tender. Was told to wash my hands then that was it. No apology or thank u for business or Gd bye.

I had two disappointing pedicures here, the second time I went to give the salon another chance…
Both times, with two separate aestheticians, they left nail polish beyond my nail bed and on to my skin. As a result the polish wrinkled when I walked. The polish they use is old and dried up and does not set well. They rush between clients.
Moving on to different nail salons…

I have gotten several manicures at Fox Nails in Rochester, and have yet to be disappointed with the results. Their prices are reasonable ($ 25 for a gel manicure) and are usually able to get me in quickly if I stop by as a walk-​in versus calling an appointment. Lisa or Kim both do a great job! If you pay with a debit/​credit card and wish to tip, you will need to add it onto the cost before handing them your card!

Went here expecting to pay 28 $ for a pedicure, they charged 5 $ extra for nail polish? last i knew nail polish came with the pedicure. granted they did the best job i have ever had done, wont go back because i don’t like being ripped off.

I had a great pedicure here for $ 28. Phalla is fantastic and did a great job! It is right off of the highway next to TJ Max.
