Second time here with my boyfriend, he loves the hoagies, which are their specialty of course; you get a lot for what you pay for, theyre huge! Ive always gotten the pizza here, delicious. Great late night place in henrietta to get a bite to eat

Ordered grub hub from them twice. First time food was alright. Decent steak sub and chicken wings. But delivery took almost 2 hours. That’s a bit much no matter how busy or what time it was (Sunday at 7 for this expeirence). Second time delivery time was more reasonable at just under an hour (weekday at 1p) but the pizza was aweful. Crust was stale and dry. Cheese was sparse and not fresh. Overall much better options in this category.

Ordered last night, got the steak sub, Buffalo chicken sub and poutine. All of it was great, not really a fan of their fries but the hubby liked them. A little pricey but good. We spent $ 40 for a small steak sub, a large buffalo chicken sub, poutine and fries. Normally we spend much less for the same amount of food but again open late and food was good.

Won’t be reordering after trying to place grubhub order today. «Tuesday special» clearly says lettuce, tomato, and your choice of dressing. When I went in they had «adjusted» what i payed and extra $ 3.46. The lady said something about toppings extra $ 0.80 but that doesn’t make sense when we added black olives, onion, and sweet peppers.
Basically if you order the cold subs, its just meat and bread. does not come with toppings advertised or cheese, and if you add toppings itll cost you an extra meal. There is no way to add these other than in special instructions, so beware that each topping will be $ 1.12 or they probably don’t even realize lettuce and tomato are on the item description.
Its so intuitive to use grubhub its weird they either can’t figure it out or won’t spend the time to actually put their menu on it.

Ordered on Grubhub. Overpriced, tiny portions, douchey delivery guy, waste of an order. $ 1.29 per topping on a calzone is outrageous, toppings like lettuce at $ 0.80 each is even worse. Never ordering again. I suggest you do the same.
Edit: After actually eating the food, I wish I could drop the rating further. Terrible poutine, and the meat on the sub smelled/​tasted like it was half spoiled. That’s gross. $ 12 sub, and if we hadn’t ordered with extra meat, it would have been mostly bread.

Decided to order from this place for the first time today. Ordered delivery and received it over an hour and a half later (max 2 miles away). Pizza looked like it had been sitting out for awhile and was unappealing to taste as well. Medium boneless wings were alright but easily mistaken for mild and fried pickles were alright but again appeared to be cooked much earlier. Unfortunately this has turned me away from ordering from this place in the future.
Note: I can not say anything about their hoagies as I have not tried them. My only recommendation would to not order delivery from this establishment.

Open till 2am mon-​sat is a godsend in this area. Everything else in the area in that time range is either calzones, wings, or chinese. This is the first place with real food in the RIT area that is open late. It’s a mom and pop shop and they honestly make delicious sandwiches. They accept tiger bucks, which is a big plus for me. I highly suggest that you come here if you’ve got the munchies.

Really nice people and great customer service. Got my order correct
Tried the fried pickles, they have a really thick breading which is different than I have had in the past. It isn’t bad, just different. It was a good appetizer.
I also had the chicken cordon blue sub. The chicken was seasoned very well and plentiful. I would definitely get this again, but it may need some more sauce with it, a little dry.
Overall I was very happy with my visit here and will definitely be back!

While this place has okay food they are way too expensive. 9 $ for half a tuna sub? Then they nickle and dime you. They charge for a cup of ice??? Not impressed! Sorry! Fairly new business so I understand the struggle but not worth it for me.

2nd visit for Hoagies and I was not disappointed. Had a slice of pizza and a large steak sub. Brought two coworkers and all were very pleased. Large sub had peppers, onions, cheese and horseradish. Again the meat tasted very fresh and the sub was well made and delicious. See photo. Previous 4 star rating was because first visit sub was not toasted (personal preference and I did not request it). This time I inquired and no problem. On a side note, owners and staff very nice and friendly. This place is a diamond in the rough.

Nice little place on Scottsville rd right before the jefferson rd intersection. They have a few tables to sit at. Staff was friendly. Tried the fish fry and loved the fish! Had amazing crunch on it, fries were pretty good but I was’t a fan of the coleslaw. It was missing that semi sweet factor to it. I’d definitely check them out again though. :)

Brand new. Clean and friendly. A great menu of subs, hoagies (go figure) wraps, salads, pizza, calzones.
There are two tables inside, but it’s a little crowded, several nice tables outside if the Rochester weather is cooperating. The menu’s written on the walls with chalk, but it’s your typical deli/​pizza fare. Since it’s brand new, everything is spanking new and looks great. Friendly service with an attention to detail.
I got a Salami Sub. The bread tasted yummy and did not appear to be from any outside source. Assembled nicely and tasted great. I also got a Mac Salad. I am bit of a mac salad freak, and I loved theirs.
I would have given it five stars, but no restroom makes it a bit uncomfortable to be there too long, and with no other business around with one, you best plan ahead.
