Love this place, open late, delivers almost anywhere & tons of choices ! I’ve been here to grab takeout plenty of times and the workers are nice too, they’ll help you out n find something to satisfy your stomach ! Also the delivery time is always reasonable, never had a problem. Enjoy if you dine here!

Was going to eat here till I read about their 18 health inspection violations and 4CRITICALVIOLATIONS. Almost thru up In my mouth reading about the violations. Don’t eat here. Youl get sick. Trust me or just look up the violations your self. Type in the county and the restaurant name.

The greatest Chinese take out and the biggest selection I’ve ever seen. We love this place. Thank you for existing. Especially since we got food at 3 am while drunk from New Years partying. You’re awesome Hong Kong house.

Ended up getting a full refund on grubhub, but that didn’t get rid of the bad taste left in my mouth. Waited two hours for delivery, then received an order of chicken fried rice instead of the food we ordered. I called back to try and clear things up, and was told that this was not their fault and we’d have to go to grubhub to get our money back. We did, but no thanks to this wonderful restaurant.

Hong Kong house is solely late night drunk food and it’s great for what it’s worth. Make sure that you tip the delivery guys well because they remember where you order from and will take forever

I don’t care what anyone says this is my favorite Chinese takeout. The deep fried tofu with spicy salt is my life. Their sesame chicken is always awesome, and once tried the chicken wings with spicy salt which were fantastic. It’s open super late which is nice. Sometimes they aren’t open on occasion which can be a bit frustrating since I don’t get my tofu. But all in all this place has my heart

I will eat pretty much any garbage ghetto food from a possibly rat infested kitchen and even I did not like Hong Kong House. Pros: They are open and deliver till 2am, a rarity in Rochester. They have a chinese and italian and pizza menu. Cons: The chinese, italian, and pizza are all disgusting.

simply, very disappointed. On Christmas day I ordered General Tso Chicken dinner. When I opened the box there was a huge portion of chicken, which was a good thing. However, there was barely no meat within the chicken. Most of them were only fried outer part which feels like eating potato chips. Instead of meat there was oil. Only about 30 percent of the chicken had meat. I was upset so called the restaurant to complain. I wasnt expecting a new free delivery but just a sincere apology. The guy kept telling me that he never heard of such complain. So what? I might be the first victim but he never accepted it. in conclusion the food is one star and service is one star.

The one star was mandatory. This place was horrible! A friend and I went in to get soup. I sit down and instantly notice huge roaches crawling around the fish tank cords. Next to my table. Then on the legs of my table. I wanted to flipping vomit. I as a chef and Resturant owner expect to see a roach on occasion but to see them that prominent hints at a serious problem. Imagine the kitchen where the food is at. Not cool!

Please update your hours. You’re definitely not open 3 – 3 every day and it sucks. Food is always hit when it is delivered and portion sizes give me food for 3 days!

I think the«restaurant» is intended to be take-out only. I really wouldn’t call the seating area«hole-in-the-wall», I’d almost say«dump». It’s 3 – 4 lopsided tables next to an old, musty aquarium. It’s dark and the chairs are rickety. Despite needing a complete make-over, we still love eating here on our Dinner/Movie nights. We’re not sure about the parking situation. There’s a parking lot next to it, but it has a huge sign that says who can’t park there(all the businesses connected to it), but not what businesses can park there? It’s right next to the Cinema, so we park in the 7 Eleven and just walk. The waiter(it’s always the same person every time we visit) is very professional and hospitable. I think he’s shocked that we don’t order take-out, but always provides exceptional service. Great guy and we always leave a big tip. The menu is extensive and they cater to the College crowd in the area. You can get Hot Wings, American, Pizza, Italian, Mexican, and Chinese. While we’ve eaten here, we’ve seen numerous people order from the wide selection for take-out or delivery. We’ve heard people say good things about each of the dishes, but we’ve always ordered the same thing. We always order the Dinner for Two served on paper plates with plastic forks/spoon and chop sticks.. It’s way too much food at an amazing price. The Dinner for Two includes a few options, but we get: Two Vegetables Spring Rolls Two Hot & Sour Soups — The soup is amazing Two each of Teriyaki Chicken Sticks, Boneless Rib, and Fried Wontons — All the appetizers are great. My wife doesn’t like the Ribs, so more for me. Pork Fried Rice — Its a little greasier than we prefer. General Tso Chicken — Some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Well fried and spiced. Hunan Chicken — My wife’s favorite dish here. Beef With Broccoli — Huge, fresh stalks of veggies. If they ever clean up the seating area, we’ll easily give this place 5 Stars.

Food tasted great and they were the only place open late night for delivery on a Monday. The prices were good and the food came in a timely fashion. I recommend this for anyone in the city looking for late night delivery. They have Asian food, subs, burgers, finger foods and much more.

God awful, don’t even bother no matter how hungry you are after midnight. You’re better off making a concoction of crap in your pantry then expect anything remotely better than what you would get here. I ordered the chicken rice noodles. It came with rice noodles, a couple pieces of bland shredded chicken? I think chicken, and a couple snap peas and they forgot the side of rice. Absolutely no flavor or any sauce. Called back to exchange, we’ll see how the chicken lo mein is. It’s hard to f*** that up.
