Ok I’ve experienced JJ’s before I even moved here. My husband’s BFF went to college with Jimmy John. It’s not the best sub or the worst. Its fairly solid for a sandwich and all that. Everything is weighed and measured to the absolute ounce no joke. It seems this location has the same problems as all others. Issues with staff, not understanding an address and forgetting things. This last time everything showed up the way I wanted it. But last time… They are a five minute drive from my house. Better subs elsewhere I’m pretty much done with them. The end

Ten strikes you’re out. Every time I come here, EVERYTIME, I ask for extra hot peppers. And every time they say«Oh of course, no problem!» And every time… EVERYSINGLETIME, they don’t do it. This is food we get for takeout, so I never know until I get home, and who the hell wants to drive back. Because we are usually really busy on nights when we get takeout, which is why we’re getting takeout in the first place. And yeah the sub is still OK without the extra hot peppers, but what the hell. If you’re going to consistently fail to honor a customer’s simple request, especially after saying that you will, then up yours. One star.

Jimmy John’s is one of the best fast food options available late at night. I like their sandwiches more than most chains so the fact that they’re open late and are(typically) super fast makes it a «go to.»

Here’s what you have to do if you’re from this area of upstate NY, and you’re «trying» Jimmy Johns for the first time. Forget what you know about submarine sandwiches. It’s not that these are intrinsically«better» or «worse» than DiBella’s, Wegmans, etc, it’s just they are very, very different. What you’re looking at here is smaller, crustier bread, lettuce that is shredded more finely, and incredibly fresh, honestly top quality ingredients. Once you eat here, you might say«meh, it’s nothing special, no big deal, etc.», but just wait. Might not be today, might not be tomorrow, but one day, possibly late at night, you’re going to get a craving. And when you do, only one thing is going to satisfy it– Jimmy John’s. I recommend the BLT, the turkey, and they use this«oregano shake» topping that just rules. The old standbys will always be there, but every now and then(and I know you know what I’m talking about), your just not somehow in the mood for a dense, 3 pound sandwich. On those occasions, think outside the box and order Jimmy John’s.

Fresh rolls. Higher quality ingrdients. I personally think it’s better than Blimpies. Watch the standard ingredients because most will bring you WAY over the 6 grams of fat on Subway’s low-fat menu. Nice online ordering and nutrition calculator.

First time for lunch and got hit by the smell of Clorox(like places that smell clean) but it was so much for an small place and enclosed. Not impressed with the subs. This place for me is another«blimpie» deli from NYC. I personally like my subs toasted and cheese melted. They called their subs«gourmet» which I don’t understand how you call regular mayo«gourmet». First and last time for me. Try it and didn’t impressed me.

Nice staff. Decent subs. They forgot to put cheese on our subs though. They also use the word freaky a little too much for a restaurant.
