KFC

Being a fan of spicy chicken, I came to KFC for the Nashville Hot Chicken. I left disappointed. The chicken tasted pretty generic: chicken fingers in an OILY sauce infused with a spice mix. It tasted salty, slightly spicy, but pretty unremarkable. For the food, I give 2 out of 5. In my opinion, it’s far inferior to Wendy’s Spicy Chicken sandwich.
I don’t come to places like KFC with any particular expectations with regard to quality, but this place (I’ve been here twice now) to somehow go below my minimal expectations for a fast food restaurant. Both times I’ve been here, the dining area has been kind of dirty/​not well kept. The service needs a lot of work. I came into the restaurant and there was no one in front of me. The lady at the cash register — who seemed completely unoccupied — didn’t greet me, didn’t ask me for an order, didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I stood there for what felt like 5 minutes before she spoke to me. Her demeanor was off-​putting; kind of cold, kind of indifferent, kind of «I don’t give a f**k». When I finally placed my order, I explicitly mentioned that I wanted chicken, not a meal. And of course, several minutes later, what did I get? A meal. And the meal, which was supposed to included a biscuit (but did not), was incomplete.
I get that some people like KFC — but this particular restaurant is so poorly run (based on my two visits), I am really shocked it’s still in business.

«Original» chicken was super soggy with grease, and the «crispy» chicken was just as soggy and greasy. I couldn’t discern any difference in coating texture between the two orders. Pretty gross, actually.

I was served raw chicken here. I ordered the chicken strip meal and a chicken little they said they were out of chicken strips and were cooking more. I waited 10 mins for my order when I got it I bit into a chicken strip and it was pink, cold, and a little bloody. I immediately spit it out. I then checked all the chicken strips in my order they were all raw as the first one was. So what did I wait 10 mins for? I told the manager on duty the chicken was raw and he said oh OK. Bad customer service on there part. There was no, oh I’m sorry about that or anything just oh ok. I asked for my money back and left I would give this zero stars but can’t.

I just cheated on my diet for some KFC. I will tell you it was not a let down at all. They have this meal you get a drink-​chicken-​a side– a biscuit– and a cookie all for 5 bucks. What a deal. Everything was delicious and the customer service was excellent! A+++

You either like fast food fried chicken or your don’t. I happen to like it and its always deliciously greasy and crispy.

Somehow they dont have chicken breast. Then why do we ever go to kfc. Plus horrible attitude. Fail.

If you need cigarettes and chicken — this place is perfect! It’s right next to a smoke shop, and they have a nice little parking lot out back. I’d never really had KFC before (at least not since I was small child), but the strips were fine. Doubt I’ll be going back soon, but I couldn’t tell anyone to stay away. Plus, if you need cigarettes that smoke shop is right next store.
