McDonald’s

I’ve had issues with the credibility of McDonalds for a long time but have always been a sucker for some of their items such as their chicken sandwiches that I can’t seem to stop eating from time to time but I’ve always dreaded the process of ordering because the service usually falls between the quality of a rock and salt, depending on what day it is. Despite already knowing how crap the ordering process can be, this branch deserves a special medal for «Worst Fast Food Service of 2015» from all what I’ve seen in the past few months.
I will not comment much on the overall style of the building other than it has been modernized on the inside but retains its classic look from the outside. A bizarre choice but I don’t mind, I prefer the original styling over the new «Sheek» look that seems to be popping up everywhere I turn. However, it’s a mess inside with tables usually being left with empty trays, ketchup cups, and poor soggy French fries that can even be found on the floor. This extends to the bathrooms which I will never go into again after discovering a «specimen» next to the toilet stall… ick.
So basically while it looks nice from the outside, it’s a mess all around the inside. I understand that no one likes to clean but the staff can do so much better because who wants to eat surrounded in the filth of others? I surely don’t but if you disagree, more power to you.
Now it comes to down what is really awful about this McDonald’s…the quality of service. For one, most of the time I have gone through the drive through, I get asked to repeat my order twice for clarification and even after that, there is usually an item missing from my order which for most of the times, is the small fries I get for a side next to my usual sandwich. They don’t seem practically understanding or apologetic when I have to walk into the store and tell them that they forgot the fries. A simple «Sorry» would suffice but usually it’s just an ok while the employee hands over a bag of fries.
I’ve had times were they have messed up how I wanted my sandwich done which is just the chicken and lettuce with no mayo but yet they still but the mayo on it. I guess they aren’t used to special ordering? Well because It kept happening so much, it made me stop visiting this branch when I can get what I ordered at the McDonalds that’s only three minutes from where I live. In addition, they don’t seem to take so of my coupons even though they are valid.
This store is an example of why many people hate McDonald’s. The quality of both the service and restaurant is below the line of «poor» and ventures into the «so bad its bad» category of restaurant chains. Unless they get a new staff and clean up this place, I just won’t be coming back.

Worst place ever bathrooms never have toilet paper and a not even close to clean. They NEVER get any of my order right I will not be going there anymore I will just have to drive out of my way

This is undoubtably THE WORST McDonalds in the company. A few issues I’ve had there:
— most likely not to accept coupons. Yes, franchise owners can choose to accept or not, but I don’t like finding out at the window after I ordered that they don’t.
— I’ve been told by employees that I still have to pay the full amount even after giving the coupon. «Why the coupon?» «Oh– just to help you remember what to order.»
— If you order a value meal or two and an extra anything — the extra will always be forgotten.
Please find a new owner, staff or something! I drive to Spencerport or Mt Read.
