I ordered catering for a luncheon I was having in Rochester over the phone from California and Patrina was very helpful with my order. Everyone remarked how good the food was. We had oven roasted chicken breasts that were delicious, green beans with bacon and almonds, salad, garlic bread and cannolis. Unfortunately they don’t have cookies so we had to stop at Gruttadauria’s and get them ourselves. I would definitely recommend them. And we had yummy leftovers too!

Amazing steak subs!!! I usually order ahead of time and pick it up. You will wait a while if you order in store. As others say, I have had been ignored a few times but usually the staff is pretty good at acknowledging you.

Exceptional quality and great selection. Boar’s Head meats as well as all the in store made items make this place a must for your weekly shopping. The hot prepared foods are amazing as well. Would recommend this place to anyone. Glad we stopped in today. We will definitely become regulars!

Don’t be fooled or drawn by the Boars Heads products! Apart from that as well as decent«Crusty bread»(if that’s your thing) there is absolutely nothing special about this place. After coming highly recommended from a fellow local that raved about their subs I decided to give them a shot… Disastrous!!! Upon calling in my order I was greeted by a seemingly warm, friendly employee.(assuming family) Large hot roast beef with the standard lettuce, tomato, mayo, and RAW onion. Also asked for country sweet on the side.(A local delicacy) 20 minutes she says. I proceed to finish my shopping and arrive to a surprisingly still hot sub. Yay! I’m thinking… No!!! I get home and open up to what appears to be a deflected looking loaf to the affects of a butternut squash in shape. Upon trying to separate the sandwich which by the way I requested to be quartered, I find that the knife cut did not go all the way through, making a mess and the entire sandwich falling apart. After a bit of surgical intervention and putting my Humpty Dumpty of a sandwich back together, I bite into it and everything in between the oblong slices of bread went out of the other side and onto the plate with the looks of something to the affects of vomit frankly. During further examination, I discover that I have cooked caramelized onions instead of the raw I requested. No excuse me and I’m no expert but who in their right mind has ever had or would order cooked onions on a hot roast beef and cheddar??? Completely wreaks the flavor profile and the consistency as well as texture that you’re expecting. Extremely too much mayo which was clearly high in sodium as this is all the entire replica of a sandwich taste of. I’ll not rant anymore but it was extremely disappointing when you’ve wait all day and had that to look forward to. Save your $ 12 and go 90 seconds up the road to wegamams where you’ll spend ¾ of that for an entire MEAL& on CIABATTA! I wouldn’t send my Maltese their if she was starving.

Lasagna and stuffed peppers are excellent. Just the right amount of meat, mozzarella cheese, and ricotta cheese in the lasagna. The stuffed peppers have the right amount of meat, rice, and seasoning. Very good!

We’ve been going to Pino’s for years(back when they were by Buckmans)…their food is always consistently really good, fresh & homemade. Everyone behind the counter is always very friendly & helpful. Love being able to support a small local business.

Great place for meats, prepared foods, and subs. The cold– cuts are the best– always fresh. Everytime I visit Rochester I always make sure to stop at Pino’s. I also had the ziti and meatballs all homemade. The sauce was like Whow. Next time I want to try the lazzana– looks really good. The customer service with all the deli clerks and willing to help with needs is by far the best. Also try the bakery items– the cannolis and cream puffs are to die for. I can’t wait to be back. One of my favorite subs is the steak sub with mushrooms, cheese, and hot sauce When in Rochester make sure to stop at Pino’s Deli on Ridge Road West in Greece– It’s worth the drive. This place was recommended to us. We had lunch there Friday! It was late around 2! They were still bustling! Mostly take out. Limited seating but enough room for us! The selection was fabulous! They serve Boars Head deli! The very best! We had a hot sub! Large! It was huge! Makes you want to cry that there are still a few places in this world where you can get comfort food that is excellent! All the staff was very friendly! Did I mention the prices were fair and competitive??? They are! Enjoy the aromas and the atmosphere! Most seem to be regulars who knew the drill! We walked by the take your number stand and they just laughed! Where is it I said? Duhhhh! At the entrance of course! Worth a trip! Don’t be a cuccha baccala! Get there quick!

The best homemade lasagna, mac and cheese, tortollini sale I have ever had! Small place in the middle of a plaza but so worth it. I love the atmosphere, the food, and the experience. It’s a must stop for anyone! There is amazing choices for all.

Pino’s is one of my favorite places to get great food for a good value and we come here all the time. Some of my favorite items from the display case are the red skinned potato salad and the crab salad which is the best we have ever had, anywhere. Period. Sometimes they run out by 2pm. Its the same price as Tops crab salad($ 6.99/lb) but a million times better with fresh celery, red onions and lots of celery seed. Another favorite that is def worth trying is the calamari sticks. Yeah, they are frozen but they fry them fresh when you order and they are delish. The subs are also good and loaded with meat and your choice of veggies. They name their own rolls and they are really tasty and unique in a good way. Be sure to grab a number when you first walk in, this is most likely the reason for the negative reviews about wait times and«being ignored» while waiting to order.

Really great subs here, I would say the best in Greece — quality deli meats, and the bread is fantastic. Everything is very fresh tasting, generous portions, and very reasonable prices.

I used to work at the Best Buy across the street and went here almost every day for lunch. Everyone who works here is grateful you’re stopping by. Their chicken parm round with a side of spinach pasta salad is my go to but nearly everything on the menu is awesome.

This is my local go to place for subs and deli slices. Staff is super super friendly! All of their display is legit and homemade! Mostly Italian stuff. I haven’t had anything I didn’t like. They make their bread and you can also by by the loafs. Thy load their subs… Def better than wegs and dibellas. Sorry guys.

Excellent place to get subs. Bread is not too soft, but not too hard, the perfect texture. They always load up the sub with meat, toppings, and cheese — they don’t skimp like other local sub shops. It’s always busy in there(good sign) so it’s always good to call in your order ahead, especially if you’re ordering more than one item. They always have fresh Italian entrees as well to choose from.

Ok, I need a pino’s on my side of city STAT! It is food heaven! They have an incredible deli with an enormous selection of meats, not to mention they LOAD your sub with meat. Sorry wegmans and Dibellas but you don’t even compare. On top of the fantastic deli. They offer all sorts of prepared foods and sides. Grab and go meals that are homemade. Uh, yes! Lasagna, eggplant, soup, garbage plate, arancini, meatballs, baked beans, Mac salad, Mac and cheese… Etc etc Can’t have a meal without a drink, and pino’s has a wide assortment of sodas, juices, waters and teas. Potato chips in all kinds of flavors and size available to go with your meal. AAND not to mention they have desserts! Lots of desserts! Your one stop shop folks, you must come here!

Don’t feel like cooking tonight. This is the place to go. They sell great trays of prepared Italian if you call ahead. Subs are super big and tasty. In the case you can see all the prepared food an buy what you want. Meatballs are really good They have Italian meats in the other case that you can buy by the pound. Great place to order for a crowd.

Oh my god this place. My husband introduced me and as soon as I saw their fried dough on display– a delicacy that my grandparents would fry up on Sunday’s– I was sold. ALL their food is outstanding. I’ve brought home containers of food for lunch for my husband and I and also stopped in with friends and had sandwiches at their high tops. The round roll subs are MASSIVE. They out so much meat on there that the roll can barely contain it. It is seriously a heavy(weight wise) sandwich– I was shocked the first time I held one because it’s only a round roll sandwich and it felt like the weight of a large sub. Their sliced turkey is perfection for me. I don’t like the salty, slimy deli turkey. This is tasty, fresh deli turkey and I literally crave it from here specifically. The wait time is long. Get over it. It’s a small place and its family run– support your local businesses and stop being of a generation where we just want instant gratification. Good food is worth your time and patience– if you want food in 4 seconds, go to McDonald’s and stop poorly reviewing these small businesses because you can’t stand waiting! They’re worth the wait and the staff is friendly as all get out and will always give you recommendations. I am of simple taste and always order a round roll with mayo, turkey and provolone– and the one woman there always pokes fun at me and insists that I need to try dill pickles on it because it’s delicious. I never believe her and she threatens to sneak them on there to make me try it. THAT to me is a place worth the wait– someone who remembers you, is willing to joke with you and get you to try new things. Oh and the prices are stupid reasonable. I brought home a pound of ziti, half a pound of fried potatoes(my personal favorite), 2 round roll sandwiches and 2 pieces of fried dough and 2 drinks and I think I paid somewhere around $ 25. It fed us for 2 days!!!

It’s not a chain sub shop and it’s not a supermarket sub shop, it’s an old a fashion deli. Outstanding meatball and steak subs. Great size portions, good value, fast service, high-quality food. Don’t forget to try the stuff peppers, yum… Can’t wait for the next visit :-)

The deli seems like a popular spot to locals because it was fairly busy when I stopped in for a quick Italian fix. They sell meat, cheese, desserts, small snacks, subs, and premade italian dishes. I was told that you get your money’s worth because of their large portions. True statement. For less than $ 10, I got the dinner meal which included two sides and a dinner roll. I ordered the stuffed eggplant rolls with artichoke salad and meatballs. Man, those soft meatballs were seasoned well and had a slight hint of heat to them. I tried a bite of the lasagna and it seems like they hit the nail on the head when seasoning their beef. Overall, I thought the dishes were good for a quick takeout meal. Too bad they’re not a restaurant because their dishes must be delicious hot and freshly made.
