Highly recommend NOT to use Protect Your Home /​ADT at Rochester. Basically, don’t trust the tech named Chris and his boss «Jay». They will promise you gift card as bonus and free monthly payment. But trust me, you won’t get those offers at end. And you cannot cancel since the penalty fee will be $ 1200, and you have to stuck with ADT for three years.
Basically, these two (Chris and Jay) at Rochester area are LIARs. You should stay away from them and don’t EVER trust them when they promise about some offers before you sign contract with them.
By the way, ADT NEVER called when the alarm was on. It is just a joke and a piece of crap. Look for other more reliable home security systems.
