Poor customer service. Came in to have two wedding dresses hemmed and the owner did not have them by done the day I was suppose to come pick them up. Waited a few hours by walking around the mall because I had told him the dresses were time sensitive. They were pretty easy fixes… Just needed them brought up a few inches because I am short.
He finished them that day but tried charging me extra for «time pressure» even though I shouldn’t have even had to have waited the extra time.
Just very poor customer service, will not return.

I went there for a suit to be altered. The person running the shop was taken by the fact that I had bought the suit for a very low price. He looked at the suit inside out to see if the suit was really genuine. He measured me for my pants that needed hemming and a jacket that needed some alteration to make it fit better. He said the pants would cost me $ 15 but the jacket would cost me $ 50 saying it is hard work. I did not agree with it, $ 50 was just a random number that came to his mind. I went to another tailor for the same alteration to the jacket, $ 15 she said, I asked $ 50? She said one — five Fifteen. So I don’t know what this man was thinking.
I’m sure he does a good job because Banana Republic & all stores in the mall send their merchandise here.

The art of tailored suits … Restored!
Ergdogan Kapalici is an absolute genius and master of his craft.
His work speaks for itself.
I brought him a suit that I purchased from eBay in China, where they specialize in a different look and fit for mens suits.
He altered my suit to tailor fit my body and I look amazing!
When I showed up for the wedding there were so many comments about my ensemble it was well worth the time and money invested.
I suggest giving the man an ample amount
of time. Hand crafted tailor suits are something of an art and you can not expect to rush an artist.
Kudos to quick fit alterations. You’ve made a customer and a friend for life.
