To start, I can here alone because all my friends are «too cool» for chain restaurants. So I was not surprised when I said table for one that they sat me at the bar. I don’t drink, but hey I got the whole bar area to myself and there were TVs so who cares.
They brought me a basket of their famous biscuits, and even though there was only one of me they still put four. Which I dig.
BRING ON THE BISCUITS BABY!
Then my shrimp tacos came out. Now as a lunch special you get three shrimp tacos and fries for 7.99. That’s basically Mexican fish and chips so I was pretty excited! I asked for hot sauce and my awesome server Margaret brought over Tapatio!!!
Yes, TAPATIO!!! Seeing as there are no mariscos or taco trucks around, this may be my go to for a good fish/​shrimp taco. Even if it is a chain.
I’ll be back.
Taco Tuesday’s may be in order now!!!
