Russo’s Pizza

Called to order pizza at 4:00pm was on hold for 10 minutes talked to owner said three employees didn’t show up took order and ask if I could call back with credit card #. Also informed him that I had the coupon from the Facebook website. Called back at 5:00 pm with credit card# and also informed them I had the coupon. Pizzas delivered and Driver Demands Coupon or pay an
additional $ 3.00. Sent the pizzas back and the arrogant owners response was we will credit you but don’t ever call here again. … go

Very disappointed. .ordered here a few times, pizza was good the first time the second two times it was burnt terribly on the bottom. We also ordered wings buffalo style and we’re not told that the only sauce they had was sweet and sour, and when we called to complain they argued and told us that the same sauce goes on all of the wings. Then why give people a choice if that’s not what you’re going to put on them? There are too many pizza places in Greece for a simple place like that to make such horrible mistakes. Will never order from there again.

Ordered a pizza, wings and a steak bomber from this place and we are frequent customers.
The wait for our food was one hour and twenty six minutes which was over thirty minutes past our given wait time. We were told forty minutes to an hour max.
The food was delivered, pizza was WAY OVERDONE, the steak bomber dry and the wings were wrong. We ordered twenty hot and twenty sweet and sour… All forty were sweet and sour and they must have realized they messed up and threw hot sauce on a few of them last minute.
So what do we do? We call. A little bastard answers the phone and says there is no manager there. He YELLS on the phone and says all of his pizza is perfect and he says he never burns pizzas. He was extremely rude on the phone. I wanted to bring the pizzas back and throw them in their face. Disgusted with this shitty place.
We will NOT be back. How unprofessional.

Russo’s pizza is an average pizza place with good pizza and okay wings. Don’t waste your time or money on their plates though because there are much better places around here for that.
I would have given them a better rating if it weren’t for my most recent experience there. The guy behind the counter was snippy and rude and was chomping his gum loudly when my boyfriend and I were trying to order. When my boyfriend asked to have our order taken by someone else, another guy (I believe his name was AJ) came out and told us there was no rule about gum chewing and was almost equally as rude.
The food is pretty good but if you’re looking for pleasant workers, this is not the place to go. Could be why there is nearly always a «help wanted» sign out front.

Ok let me start with I go every place to try the wings, and in this care that was the highlight of the experience. We tried both the Hot Buffalo and Sweet & Sour wing sauces. The hot had a great heat, and the sweet &Sour was a traditional sauce. The Wings were cooked well with a good crisp.
The pizza could have used some more cheese, but was ok.

I wanted to give this place more stars but my most recent experience here brought it down. In the past we have had good pizzas and the wings are just ok. Recently, we ordered a large pizza half with peppers and onions and the other half mushroom and sausage. I should have looked before I walked out of the store, since I got home to a pizza half cheese and half peppers, onions, mushrooms and sausage (all 4 toppings on 1 side instead of 2 and 2). When I called to tell them the order was messed up and we couldn’t even eat half of it, they didn’t seem to care at all. From my past orders with great customer service, I was expecting a reaction of «no problem so sorry come get a new one.» I did not. They argued with me saying that it was the way I ordered it and it was just too bad, next time I should be more specific. Well, guess what? Now there will be no more next time. When I told them that they offered a free order of fried dough with my next pizza order — we have no interest in fried dough and just wanted to new pizza that we could eat.
After a long day of work and errands, pizza is the easy answer to dinner, so we were disappointed when the pizza was messed up, we were argued with and it wasn’t even replaced.

Great place to get takeout or dine in. They make some of the best burger plates in rochester and the pizza and wings are great too. Another plus is that the food is always hot because they time it to the exact time they tell you it will be ready or the time you tell them you need it

Great pizza and wings. Original recipe for their dough, sauce and wing sauces! They also have plates (with their own special meat sauce) and amazing steak sandwiches!!! They have been around since December of 1991! Great business!
