Great location, price, and service. No bubbles in my gel mani and the whole staff was super friendly. I was a walk in for my first ever appointment there and didn’t have to wait at all. Going back ASAP :)

Great service, great price!
Personally, I like my cuticles to be trimmed, not only pushed and they do a fantastic job!
Ask for Kim II or Kim I, they are the best!
Super clean, I always see all the technicians with gloves on and have always observed that they washed their hands before and after each client.
The polish always lasts at least 10 days after Kim II does my nails.
I love this place! Will keep coming back!

Good alternative to tips and toes. The woman who did my gel manicure and pedicure was thorough. However, she was quite demanding and had horrible breath, which made for a less enjoyable time.

I decided to visit this place on a whim (like most of my decisions) mostly because they were so close to my house and the roads were iffy. They had just opened so I got in right away. I sat down with Kim and we chatted about this and that the entire time. None of that awkward silence where you’re both trying to not make eye contact. She was so sweet and very gentle with my nails. She paid extra attention to my cuticles which, in this winter weather combined with my almost religious hand washing for work, was much needed. I originally had wanted just a clear gel to keep my nails strong but she suggested a natural pink color instead. I just love it! And I won’t get in trouble at work for having some bright color. Overall, I paid $ 30 for a neat shellac manicure and I will definitely go back.

My mother and I went as walk ins for mani-​pedi. Technicians were very thorough. My technician was fast. My mother’s was not.
Sterilization of instruments seemed paramount.
Nicely decorated salon but there were supply boxes on the flop that should have been put out of sight.

To piggyback off the other reviews… Amazing pedicures w/​the ease of mind knowing that each utensil has been autoclaved.
The staff do not rush in an attempt to get you out but instead take their time, being meticulous and attentive to each persons individual needs.
Prior to getting our nails painted, we received appr 30 – 60 minutes of dry skin/​cuticle removal, leg/​foot massages, and foot scrubbing.
The atmosphere was relaxing; you walk in and off set to the manicure tables are two rooms where the pedicure chairs are placed, 5 in one section and 4 in a different room. You do not feel like you are walking down a cat walk as you enter their facility. All of this for a 26 $/​pedicure. WOW! They could charge $ 45 – 50 for the services they provide.
I highly recommend this place. This place has set a completely different standard for all other nail salons. Spa and Nail is the place to relax while getting a pedicure.

I am extremely picky about cleanliness of nail/​pedi salons. This place sanitizes every tool and every piece of equipment every time! Kim, the owner, is so sweet and will go above and beyond to keep your business, she sends me personal cards and coupons almost every 4 – 6 weeks. I won’t go anywhere else in Rochester!

They did a very good job! They were a bit hard to understand, but I figured it out. She was very gentle which I like because I have very sensitive skin. She was good at listening to how I liked my nails done and did them wonderfully. They had a good selection of colored tips, but not a whole lot of sparkle tips, which is my favorite. The nails were nicely shaped and she filed them well with no sharp edges. I will definitely come back!

I stopped here because I learned from another reviewer about the pedi-​mani deal for only $ 35.00 and the good job they do. Well, she was spot on! Best pedicure I think I’ve ever received! Great job on my calloused feet and all my cuticles were all taken care of and she really put effort in applying all the layers of polish and wasn’t out to hurry you out the door like some places are. I tipped her generously as well as I was so impressed! Wish this place was in our hometown:).
